I regularly come here to pick up a t shirt and occasionally a few other items and the staff are spot on with everything they are helpful and knowledgeable about everything in the store and even offer you coupons if they have them and the cherry on top is they always offer an incentive to get you to come back

Love this place! Where I get most of my Loungefly's and other items of course. I've been a fan for a long time.. The team at this location is very helpful and courteous.. Also, if you subscribe to emails you can get coupons or heads up on sales.. Well worth it.!!

1st time ever visiting Brandon Mall & although the parking was a nightmare, the Hot Topic sooo outshined the local Tampa locations it was worth the trip!
Inventory was INSANE! Variety, selection & quantities were 5+ Star. But...what made the experience far surpass any other in the decades I've shopped this retailer was the Team. Hands down, best customer service to date. Not ONLY did we "collectors" find the one-of-a-kinds, but our sales associate, Kevin, made certain we purchased the perfect piece in mint condition. Engaging us in "collector's speak" made us feel more educated on the products Hot Topic will carry in abundance throughout the holiday season, minimizing the amount of time spent both in the malls & trolling the websites in search of every new "hot" item. Thank you, Kevin! Hot Topic is soo lucky to have you representing the company! 😉

I loved this place! They have everythong you want from any movie you love and have seen. I personally love Dead Pool and they had a watch that was on clearence and 50% off. What a deal. They have lots of clearence items. The staff was friendly and fun to talk to.... I give Jordan props because my fiance and i had a great convo with her. Even convos that were other store worthy was allowed in Hot Topics because it was a hot topic literally lol....

The employees were very nice and welcoming also very positive attitudes nothing but good vibes

I found really cute shirts here last time I went and got a lot of coupons

Always gotta stop in here when I go to the mall. I love all the Nightmare before Christmas merch! Also like looking for Scooby Doo merch... Usually a deal or sale of some kind going on

Staff was super friendly, store was clean, and smelled nice. Plenty of fun things to look at, and some fun stuff you didn't know you needed until you see it.

My favorite place to shop they always have so many things that anyone could like and they give you hot cash to save you more money the staff is always kind and helps out as well

I hadn't been here since I was a teen. The staff were all super nice and helpful. The person who helped my cousin and I get a skirt down from way up high was especially friendly and did a great job.

Their Disney & Hello Kitty options my daughter really loves. The staff is helpful & their rewards program is good. I wish the stores weren't so crowded.

Great store!! One of my favorites! This location was nice. Plenty of cool stuff to check out!! I love the Arctic Fox hair color!! It's do much better than some of the others out there! Hot Topic has a pretty good company color selection of Arctic Fox. I also love the Harry Potter merchandise!!
