My husband and I are competitive senior runners in our 70s, and we were both looking for new running shoes. We went on a Sunday, and were waited on immediately. Our salesman, Malek was a very knowledgeable young man. He did a terrific job of accurately measuring our feet and testing our foot strikes, and then recommending the right shoe for each of us based on those results. Great experience. Some would say they are expensive, but you have to weigh the value of the screening and recommendations we received. We will go back!

Salespeople are very knowledgeable, thorough and patient. They know what shoe is best for your feet and have equipment to further evaluate the best shoes for your feet. Their prices are in line with other retailers and they will also price match if you find a lower price.

Even though the associate was by herself today as 2 people called out she was super! They do have the 3D scanner and pressure plates. You don’t have to run or be dressed to run if you want a fitting. It’s barefoot and a few walking steps. I am so glad I went because I was wearing running shoes an entire whole size too small. My running shoe size is not the same as my street / office shoe size. Who knew! Fantastic place and lots of options. All size in stock. I highly recommend.

Tyler fitted me and assisted with new running shoes per doctor orders and Emma did an amazing job helping me with a return (just to change color choice). Highly recommend the Valrico store. Great, young staff!

We had a very educational experience at Fleet Feet. We learned a lot about our sons' feet and the kinds of shoes that would work best based on activity and their individual step patterns. A very no-pressure and enjoyable trip!

What a great experience buying shoes. I walked in with a list of shoes my doctor had recommended, and after the associate scanned my feet, she brought out several pair for me to try on and choose. Nice job!

Fleet Feet was great when we needed to exchange a pair of shoes; there were no issues and they were kind and helpful just like the first two times we were there shopping. Also, they were nice on the phone. This seems to be missing from many places. Highly recommend.

Feet Fleet Valrico always has exceptional customer service from walking in to cashing out. Additionally, supporting the Wednesday Beer Run at Bull Frog is a plus as well.

The fit experience is awesome, very friendly staff. Information was clear and educational. I got to try on a number of different shoes and pick the best on for me. $20 off my shoes with my club membership

Didn't feel like waiting for something I was looking to purchase so I went to Fleet Feet. Not only did they have the exact product I was looking for. I was able to try it on and subsequently received Fleet Feet rewards for the purchase. Giselle was great, I didn't have to wait and rewards made the purchase cheaper than Amazon.

My hair dresser told me about Fleet Feet after I was complaining about my feet hurting. I jog 3 miles a day, so when I went to the store, I discovered my shoes were too narrow. After getting new shoes for running, I haven't had any issues with my feet.

Great service!!! I am working my way back into shape and years of sports have broken me down. I explained were I feel the pain and discomfort and he found the shoes that work for me!!!
