Office Depot

Today, I have a wonderful experience at Office Depot. I ordered printing online for the first time and when I came to pick up my copies, Ashley was very nice and helpful. I even had a question about editing a picture since I had trouble editing it myself and she and her colleague was able to fix the issue for me. I had great customer service and the staff was professional and sweet to me and my family. I definitely will come back to Office Depot again and order online as well.

I had the most easiest and helpful time with this staff. I know for fact I worked with Ashley and she took her time working with me making sure my father’s obituary was printed decent and in order and I’ll forever be thankful. The other staff was helpful unfortunately I can’t recall their names but thank you

I love this store. They have a wonderful staff that are very helpful. If you are looking for something they will stop what they are doing and help you. They also hep the community title one schools by taking contributions for school supplies. I have been coming to this store since I have moved to Tampa because I like the location and the staff. Thank you Office Depot for helping our community. The manager William will go above and beyond to hep you find what you need.

The store staff is very very customer oriented, and knowledgeable. They always accommodate my business needs with a smile. Highly recommend the Brandon Office, Depot, and great staff.

I was looking a safe that was advertised, but not on the shelf. The manager went to the back for one and cared that 50 pound safe to the front for me.

This morning 09/10/2021 it was pouring raining when your store opened. I waited outside prior to your open so that I could get Curbside Assistance solely due to physical disabilities.With the rain I was scared of falling especially with my unstable walking. Right at 8:00Am there was a Upbeat gentleman who appeared to be opening the store. He opened all the doors and proceeded to greet and acknowledge me with eye contact. Very nice because with the rain and bum rush most average employees tend to dodge and run but you didn’t. At 8:00Am the store opened and I put In my request for pickup. At 8:01Am this employee came to my car with my item and provided great customer service with hard rain!!Verification process and extremely friendly. Awesome job to the key holder on 09/10/2021. Stellar!!

We only trust this place for all our printing from our Granddaughters school reports to our family photos.

I give this rating based upon the service that is provided by one particular team member up there that always goes above and beyond. Her name is Alicia. If you get her in the Print Center then you will know that whatever project that you need done will be done right. She will not quit until it is perfect! She is very knowledgeable, professional and always makes you feel like your project is the most important one in the Print Center. Thank you for having someone of her caliber on your team.

Office Depot is the best place for your copying needs. They offer outstanding customer service and the price is affordable. I highly recommend Office Depot.

I needed one poster board. There were no individual ones but there was a pack of 3. The manager was thinking outside the box and allowed me to split up the pack of 3 and just buy one. Great way to provide outstanding customer service.

Clerk at the printing/mailing counter was extremely helpful. Printed my label, found the right size box, got everything ready to ship even though it turned out to be a UPS label which they don't even ship! Great customer service.

Clean store and they had a super fast turn around for me to get my book spiral bound. They are close to where I live so I think I will come here when I'm looking for same day spiral bound books!

I had a wonderful experience in the printing department with a young lady named Alicia. I had a small project & she was so patient. She helped create exactly what I pictured in my mind. This wasn't even her regular roll, but they were short staffed. I chose this location because of the reviews & I'm so glad I did!

I really appreciate the great service, friendly and helpful staff. My same day online orders are always ready before the store even opens! In addition to these values, the service is always consistent.
