Absolutely blown away by this experience! I had kind of a screwed up transaction caused by myself. When I went in to see if anyone could help with my problem Michael the store manager and Leah gladly steped up to help me out when they could have easily and rightfully refused to help me.

We were welcomed immediately when we arrived and helped by a very nice salesperson that picked out the right walking shoe needed for the mountains in Branson, Mo. She was extremely polite and helpful. I think her name was Maya. I am not very good with names.
