Friendly staff, shelves are fully stocked and the aisles are neat. I always get greeted when I enter and have a pleasant experience when checking out.

I am sorry to post that I usually buy online through Chewy, BUT I needed something stat, called this Pet Smart to see if they had product, asked price - told the nice guy that it was alot cheaper on Chewy, he said, "We'll match Chewy's price!!!" I was there within 15 minutes! So impressed by that! I believe I'll be going there more often now!

So appreciative of the staff here. They are always friendly and kind when I come in and buy food for my pets! I am especially Thankful for the cashier who saved my sons stuffed animal he dropped it in the store. I can’t thank them enough for the kind gesture!

In a great location, close to several other go-to stores (and next to ABC). The store is large, clean, well stocked and has an inviting feel to it. What surprised me the most was its aquarium section. I don't usually pay much attention to those but at this petsmart, it has a pull and makes you want to look at all the fish. I was not there for fish supplies, however, so I made myself a mental reminder note to check it out next time. This location is also nice because it is a bit less quiet and chaotic than others tend to be.

Update: 9/15/22 opens up at 8 am. Has a bunch of sales right now. Got a great soccer ball that she can bite without puncturing.

Update: 8/18/23. Always has some sales.

I got my Guinea Pigs from here back in August and I’m so glad the manager made sure I knew what I was doing and kept me completely informed to make sure they go to a great home with the proper care!

Haven't really had a bad experience yet. Petsmart is one of the only places I've found that I can order canned dog food individually (usually it's cases of 12). The prices on treats and toys is kind of high if they aren't doing a sale, so I don't often buy those at Petsmart. I love they do pictures with Santa! That was a yearly tradition for us, till covid.
However, the main reason I wanted to do a review is for the grooming services. You don't need an appointment for nail trim, but when I called the very polite woman I spoke with did pretty much a "pre-appointment" check in and gave me good times to come in, which was very helpful. Petsmart stylists (sorry if that's not the right term) are great. Best we have dealt with. Petco wouldn't even do my dog's nails because he kept moving around and the vet does them, but it's not the best (no offense!), but he's never had a problem at Petsmart. They get them done in minutes and I'm so happy they're nice and short now. Plus they did a nail grinding, which was completely unexpected, and even better! 5+ stars for that! I'd highly recommend the grooming services.

The store is easy to navigate and the staff is always pleasant, it's one of the few places where people still greet you a you enter. They are helpful and knowledgeable.

I wanted to leave a review because I just witnessed a couple verbally harassing your employee Gigi and she did not deserve this. The guy said he was going to leave a mean review for her manager to fire her and it was just wrong. She did nothing wrong. And to the mean guy, did it make you feel like a man to treat a teenage girl this way? Did it make your life seem less miserable? Grow up.

The staff here is great. They interacted with my son while cleaning some reptile tanks. He is 4 and loves the animals. They obliged him and allowed his to see some reptiles up close. Thank you!

After two horrible experiences at the grooming salon at metro tech drive, we decided to give petsmart grooming one more chance.
We were helped by Samantha who was able to squeeze us into their schedule.
We asked for the bath, and trimming package - when we got our dog back it was a wow experience thanks to Jen!
We were really worried due to having such poor experience from Kai and Alvaro at the metro tech salon but to our relief our dog was well groomed and taken care of.
Will def book Jen again, as we know she did an amazing job on our dog.

Have taken our Labradoodle puppy 22 lbs and when he is as 14 lbs and did a great job. Scheduling appointment was a breeze online and even paying was great. He is always happy when take him there

As a witness ((customer)) who was in the store when the incident Armi Hakimi is mentioning in a recent review, I can tell you that this reviewer is nuts. The employees were nothing but helpful and this “customer” was cursing, using foul language and berating the employees. She should’ve been escorted out by the police. I’m a regular shopper and have nothing but great experiences when I go. Lauren is an absolute delight and VERY knowledgeable about pet care.

Personally, I’m impressed with the level of care and expectations that the staff have for customers who want to buy new pets. They truly want to ensure the pets will be well cared for.

My pet and I received a warm welcome upon our arrival. The grooming staff was amicable, and the grooming services were just outstanding. My dog's coat smelled so fresh, and the nails cut to perfection.

I can't ever complain about a trip to PetSmart. Staff are always friendly and they always have what I need. The location is very convenient.

Great store. Connor was very helpful and polite, answered all of my questions and gave his own suggestions. Bri is an awesome manager, she's polite, caring, helpful, patient and truly cares for the customer. That's very rare this day and age. Will definitely be back. Grabbed some neons, algae eater, catfish and gravel for my sons tank.

Today as a special day as the store associate took her time in having a friendly conversation with me while being at the checkout. She inquired about my pets, smiled talked about her dog, etc. It was just nice to have a good old fashion friendly conversation with a store staff associate.

As new puppy parents, we were feeling overwhelmed. We decided to take part of the puppy training PetSmart offers. There are six sessions in total. We have attended two of the six. In this short period of time the stresses we were experiencing have alleviated. Kelly is a wonderful, patient and talented trainer. We look forward to working with Kelly for the next few weeks.

Took my senior dog in as an Express Service on a Friday morning and we were in an out in 35 minutes. Great work was done on him, and he was a happy puppy when I picked him up. I really appreciate the work they did with my dog.
