Assistant Manager here was super helpful with processing a return for shoes I ordered in the wrong size. Guy clearly had a lot going on but prioritized me as a customer. Great service.

Ive purchased 3 soccer balls and some other stuff today. My first time being here at this location. Store was very clean and well organized. Even though it is a quite large space, there were buttons all around for the aisles, helps you to call for a store associate to help you which is quite helpful actually :)

Raj, the gentlemen who helped me was very through but helpful and on point.

Maryam, the lady who helped me check-out, told me about a program that sounded like a great way of showing appreciation to the customers by the store.

Overall my experience was quite good and I would recommend everybody who gets lost easily like I do while looking for equipment to buy to give this store a shot. Very well organized, clean, great staff. My favorite location for sporting goods from now on :)

I loved buying running sneakers at Dick’s. The associate is helpful and helps you choose the right sneaker for your gait and feet. Then you get to try them on and run on a treadmill in the store before you buy. Excellent buying experience.

I took my driver and putter to be re-gripped. I already had my grips so I figured I would leave them and come back for them either the next day or a few hours. But the golf associate finished both regrips in less than 5 minutes! Needless to say, if you ever need to regrip your clubs, just take them to Dick’s. I usually do them myself but for $4, it’s a no brainer.

Outstanding service and good safety practices by the staff during the pandemic. When I requested assistance, they got the right person for the information I needed, who helped me complete the purchase of the best product for my needs. Highly recommended.

Love that they're open here near South Riding. Very friendly staff. We've had bikes repaired here, bought a lot of gym equipment, and just hit them up for all of our sports/rec related needs. Never super crowded.

Brian opened the store 15 minutes early so that I could purchase cleats for my daughter, who left hers at home, over an hour away. I was very limited on time and would not have made it to the game on time had Brian not opened early. He is the definition of customer service and a caring and nice gentleman. Thank you Brian.

Love this store! Super friendly and helpful staff. They even went up to storage to get the dart board we wanted... And then get a different one when we changed our mind!

This is the best Dick's in Northern Virginia, I will only shop at this location from now on. All other Dick's locations don't compare. The staff is the best and the store is super clean and well organized

They had a great outdoor tent sale. They had a good selection there, As well as the newly opened store interior.
