Raf was just amazing. The best experience we have ever had. He took the time to show us all the promotions on all of our phones even though we were there to upgrade our son's. He also replaced my wife's SIM card. Absolutely loved the attention to detail on every step in the upgrade. We will be going back there instead of driving into Reston. Great experience.

Best customer service of any T-Mobile in the dmv area

This Sprint location has the best customer service reps ever. My wife and I stopped in to upgrade our iPhones, and the reps did everything super fast. Generally, upgrading phones, setup, etc takes hours. We were in and out in under an hour. I’m still amazed how professional, polite, speedy, and knowledgeable they were.

Hidden gem of a location. Abdul was great to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful and made sure all issues were addressed properly. Highly recommend. Thanks for great customer service

Top notch staff and the best service of any Sprint store in NoVA!! I drive out there, passing at least 4 stores between my house and the Dulles Landing store. The guys are patient and helpful not only during the sale but I'm still going back a year later for help and tech support. always a smile and help with no judgment on how minor the problem is. Highly recommend this location and staff for sales AND service...simply the best!

All the associates in this store were very helpful. I felt like my brothers were advising me. I came in because my Samsung Galaxy S6 stopped charging through the charging cord because it was worn down from use. Though I had cell phone insurance i made sense to just get a new phone rather than pay the deductible. They did not try to push a sale but left it up to me. I ended up with a S7 Edge which is a bit heavier but has a two day battery life. On four different visits, they helped me. Quentin helped me on the first day and helped me change over my plan to the unlimited data plan saving us money. He transferred data over from the cloud over but I discovered that the data on my phone didn't make it all over. I came back again with a wireless charger so that the rest of the transfer could take place. The manager the next day helped me do the transfer and delete everything else from my old phone. Today I came by and Ronald meticulously placed the tempered glass screen protector on my phone. I interacted with all five staff members. They are all terrific!

Kerlyn greeted me and went above and beyond with help me. Very refreshing to see a sales person smiling and eager to help you. Please ask for her when you go, you won't be disappointed.

People working there are great, the customer service was phenomenal, specially Jordan who helped me to fix my dad’s phone.

I bought a new phone from apple store at Fair Oaks Mall VA couple days ago and surprised that they sold it and they didn’t help anything for set up. It was like buying a phone by online🤔 I was literally out of phone when I left that store and never liked their sales policy. They directed me to call customer servise number that never answered.
And I decided to go to t-mobile store at Dulles Landing to try my change if they could help. There was only one lady in the entire store , Elizabeth who is so patient, extremely helpful and she has knowledge of her job. I highly recommend you to ask her since even she doesn’t has to do that but she took care of me until store closing time at 8. Thank you Elizabeth ! 💐

I visited the Sprint store at Dulles Landing on Sunday and both of the young men working were EXTREMELY POLITE, PATIENT and HELPFUL. They connected my new phone and helped me with accessories. They were EXEMPLARY. I would most definitely recommend this store if you are in need of anything Sprint has to offer. Thanks gentlemen.

New store with a great attitude. A knowledgeable gentleman Quentin helped me with switching plans and was great. As usual, nothing went as planned in setting up (not the stores end) - but Quentin was cool as a cucumber and made it all work. Appreciate the great customer service.

Best Customer Service Ever - the day after Christmas the store was full of customers like me with complex multiple-device activations and upgrades and both Quentin and Christopher were patient, professional, helpful and pleasant. Seriously - the best customer service I've experienced.

Quentin and Chris were awesome helping me to restore my phone. They were patient throughout the situation. The process took quite a while, but they stopped at nothing to get my phone back working right. Thanks guys my phone is like new again!

I got in this morning at 1035am and nobody but the sales person Eric Knox and myself great customer service he helped by reconnecting my sons phone to the cell towers after it was disconnected from a factory reset. Thank you so much plus I've been having charging issues with my phone and the Qi Ventev fast charge is absolutely perfect.
