DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

This is my first time visiting a DSW. I am very pleased. I had the perfect experience. I was well taken care of and I bought the most comfortable shoes that I have ever owned. I was given 15 percent off since I am a new customer. It doesn't get any better than this!!

They store is great! We got greeted as soon as we walked in at the front door! There was the lady right by the door I belive the girls name was Romania or something like that (sorry I missed spelled and butchered her name) she was very easy on the eyes! I guess that's why she works there! She checked us out too! The employees were very friendly the store was clean and well put together as well!

The shoes were obviously cheap

Big shoe store, with daughter looking for trainers. Found a few pairs she liked.

While looking around could hear a 'ticking' sound. It turns out that it is the security tags for the shoes.

Good extensive clearance section for womens shoes. Only small section for mens.

Nice selection of socks, but no Puma brand socks.

Generally clean store.

They had what I wanted, work shoes. I went to two different stores and 1 shoe left in the size I needed and Tina assisted me and such great customer service from her and the entire team there.

Great selection, I didn't interact with the staff much but they did offer help several times and the checkout process was smooth.
The store was clean and well organized. This is a pet peeve of mine for shoe stores, so it's always nice when they have their act together.I was very pleases with this location and I'll probably be back in the future. Also the coupons they send out are great, make sure to sign up to them to get 50%+ off coupons.

This particular DSW is great I had the pleasure to be assisted by Tina today. Dana is normally there with a big smile and always willing to help. I do have a DWS much closer to me with poor customer service from Mathilda. I will drive out of my way to avoid her she very comfortable and she's seems to always zero in on me when I walk through the door. I love DSW for the styles and prices I'm blessed to have more than one that's not so far away in the NOVA area

I bought the most comfortable Italian Sandals there. Beautiful & dressy.

My shoes were ready within two hours, which is emphasized when ordering online. When picking up the shoes, the shoe lovers at this DSW were in a jovial mood. Plus, the warehouse was clean. This store, I will definitely be returning to.

Really nice store, very clean, good music, great vibes. Manager there i believe her name was Ramina i believe was beyond helpful not only was she cleaning and making sure every customer was taken care of she helped me find the right shoe like cinderalla before the ball. I will be sure to come back because of that service, it seemed like she owned the store, needs a raise

On September 17th I was at DSW located in the Chantilly VA area, as usual searching for yet another sneaker. While walking around I experienced a terrible cramp in my thigh, the only thing that I could do is walk it out and cry at the same time, to get to the most important part of my review is to talk about a young man who's name is Harold. It is not often to have the ultimate pleasure that a person (a stranger to me) who turned out to be so caring, helpful, respectful , knowledgeable, he did whatever necessary to make sure that if I needed anything he would be available at a moments notice. Being in so much pain all I wanted to do was just disappear. All I can say an hour later after the pain subsidied this young man helped to put on my sneakers so I could head home.
The point of sharing is to let all of the DSW customers that shop at this store should be lucky enough to have this young man Harold take care of you, you will never be disappointed, his parents must be so proud and DSW should recognize there prize employees just like Harold. Thanks to this young man.

Great store with several different choices for every kind of shopper. So easy to shop online and return at the store. Also, wonderful to have them order the right size for you at the store and have it delivered to your house.

They got all sizes right under the shoe. Makes searching a lot easier.

Good collection, if an item is not in stock at store, you can order online in the store and they'll deliver free to your home.

We shop here a lot for our kid the prices are great too..

Great customer service and clean place, so much variety , returns are also hassle free.
