Staples is my go to for all printing and shipping needs. Staff is always nice and pleasant to work with. Ed has helped me with multiple shipping needs and is a super kind friendly guy. Today at the printing section Jim helped me figure out a small project and went above and beyond. I appreciate both of them!

This is the best printing store and copy center that I’ve been to in a long time. The staff during the weekdays are awesome and always have the skills and efficiency I need for my business to thrive! My favorite person to work with is Jim, with his bubbly attitude and kind demeanor, he makes errands feel more like visiting with friends. I never write reviews for places but after great repeated customer service, I had to share. Highly recommend this location for all of your office needs! 😊

I came to Staples in Queen Creek to get all of my son’s visa paperwork and passport photos taken care of. I also used staples to get a ton of different printing projects done for my business, and they are consistently helpful and fast! Jim in the copy center is the BEST! He is so smart, and he really knows his way around all of the machines! He’s also just wonderfully warm and friendly. I grew up in a small town, and it’s amazing to me that a big chain store can feel like a small hometown store thanks to the genuine and kind nature of the employees. I love knowing that I’m in good hands when I show up there. I literally never write reviews, but I had to come on and show my gratitude. It’s really nice to have an office store nearby that’s so reliable and fast.

I had a last minute birthday invite I needed printed and I ran in 30 minutes before close and met the most wonderful and knowledgeable staff!! Jim and Maille thank you so much for all the answers to questions about posters and then also helping me through my birthday party invite situation! Love this store!

I went into Staples in Queen Creek a few days ago and had a crazy print job. Jim at the print shop was AMAZING! He was so polite and just took care of my impossible task. Thank you Jim for showing what great customer service looks like!!!

My husband and I had a project due for work, and we were waiting for our printer since we just moved back to the area. Unfortunately, our printer wasn't going to be arriving in time, so we went to Staples last minute to get our papers printed. Jim was super helpful even though it was close to closing time. He quickly printed them off, and we were able to get everything finished! I definitely recommend going here if you need anything printed.

I was in desperate need of invitations to my sons birthday party after our printer went down and Jim went ABOVE AND BEYOND what he needed to do! I promise you Jim good karma is coming your way! I really appreciate it! What he doesn’t know is that it’s his first birthday he is able to celebrate with his family and friends since my husband got out of the military. So this birthday means a lot!!

What a fantastic experience I had at the printing center. Zoey went above and beyond to help me. Even came in on Sunday to ensure my order was filled in time. Ini was very polite and professional when I picked up the order later on Sunday. I needed some additional copies made for my event on Monday and Jim was running around helping everyone but still made me feel like I was the only customer there. With customer service going downhill everywhere, you have 3 great associates that anyone would be lucky to have. I will definitely be back.

Jim in the print shop could not have made my experience any easier. I entered the store in a panic at 8:30 on a Friday night. He was clearly busy but gave me his undivided attention. He helped me get my materials printed and sent me on my way with a smile. I highly recommend!!!!

Went to get my TSA pre check in and bought an office chair. Sam helped me do both and even carried the chair to my car. She was very pleasant and kind. Keep hiring friendly people like her it makes a huge difference. Thanks Staples manager.

I’ve been meaning to post this for a while, but Jim and Zoe in the printing department are always SO so helpful!! I am sort of technologically challenged and every time I come in they are able to help me get the perfect prints I want. Highly recommend!!

Okay. Can we please have a round of applause for Zoe in printing? I only go here for printing. One time the color was off/ink and she refunded me kindly. The second time I was unable to apply a coupon at the copier and she helped me out. She is the epitome of customer service and the reason why I will never go anywhere else for printing services. Thanks for hiring such a gem.

Went in to get more than a dozen copies made of docs for kids passport’s and Jim was a HUGE help. Despite having several orders ahead of my own, he helped me process on the self-serve printers and then ran quick scans of others I needed. He was so kind and patient with me and made my order easy.
