Boot Barn

This was my first experience at a Boot Barn store. They were pretty slammed when I walked in, with everybody scurrying to buy Christmas gifts. Though I was in the back of the store by the boots, I had several people approach me and ask if I needed assistance. This is a dying art in our society, so it is very nice when you get this type of customer service. Ultimately, an employee named Kristi helped me out. She was extremely knowledgeable about the boot manufacturers and the different boot models. She measured my foot to make sure I was getting an exact fit. She was very patient as I tried on different boots, and finally found the perfect one. At the register, I was greeted by a manager named McKenna. You could tell she was putting out several fires up at the main counter, but she still took time to accommodate one of my requests. I feel like I got a great boot for the value. The store is very clean inside, and very organized. I will definitely be back.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. They knew their products and inventory well and knew exactly where to find the boot that I found online. Excellent selection with numerous different styles and colors. If you tell them what your boots will be used for they will show you the best aelections.

Great place to buy a cowboy, cowgirl hat. They will shape your brim to suit you. Lots of great western clothes and boots.

New boots fit great and are very comfortable. Wide selection although I’m a Justin man due to family loyalty to the brand. Staff are great. Constantly walking around the store helping costumers. Seen a few shirts I want to go back for.

Was looking for boots near by with no luck. Saw Boot Barn across the parking lot and there i went. Great store, great employees especially Tim! Found myself a new pair of boots and I’ll be back. Good job guys! Thank you

I just love this place. The staff is absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable about the products and helping you find the right thing especially when it comes to boots! They have a wide variety of things and the store is very clean and organized. I just love this place. Great quality stuff. You do pay a higher price tag but I've never had anything last as long as everything that I have bought there. Especially my boots. I have a pair I wear all the time and have had them for years and they practically look brand new and no seams are coming apart. I highly recommend BootBarn and I highly recommend this location!

Great selection and awesome customer service

Grand opening today. Went with my husband. I got a flyer that said FREE BEER and LIVE MUSIC. DIDN’T HAPPEN. Employee said they delivered the beer to the wrong location, hmmm.
We were looking forward to the festivities.

Sarah was a great help today! We came in for jeans and just to generally shop and she answered all my questions and helped make it such a great overall experience.
The store was very clean and pretty well organized and they have a good jean selection as well as some neat jewelry and a great variety of western dresses and clothing.
We found some adorable kid’s flares and my sister is in love with them!
As far as boots go they have more dress boots and work boots not a ton of real riding boots but still a nice selection!

Awesome establishment, on point with the customer service and really helpful to handle any questions or concerns that you have with any of the boots that you're looking for. They helped with a online order that didn't go very well for me and exchanged the boots with no issues. Definitely returning to this location again!!

Absolutely love this store, I just wish the sales associates weren't so aggressive. Just about every 2-3 minutes someone was asking if we needed help. With that being said staff was very friendly and the store has some amazing products.

My first time going. Shellie Rae was super helpful. I found the perfect pair of boots, and the socks she recommended are awesome!!! I'll definitely go back to check out the cool clothing in the future.

Great customer service! I found the boots that I've been looking for and the only thing I would suggest is that they work on getting internet service because it would be nice to be able to look at boots online while at the store.
