Been a mailbox customer here for years. These guys go way above and beyond the call of duty to make their customers feel appreciated. They have gotten my mail to me across town when I was going injured and couldn't drive ve there the pick it up..., and to several different states while I was traveling for my work. They are Excellent at what they do, Highly Recommend!

Just want to give a shout out to the team at this location. Was in town for work for over 2 weeks, got to know these guys over the time I was there visiting and shipping back multiple boxes. They made it so easy and stress free. Everyone was super cool helping out, especially John. Just wanted to give kudos and a big thank you to everyone there

Pulled up to the store with 2 large boxes and my toddler. One the staff (should have gotten his name) came to open the door, take the boxes, and held the door while I walked in. Extremely helpful, patient, and always knowledgeable here. Couldn’t have been more impressed!

Been coming here for years. The guys are awesome. Great customer service. The best Ups in all of Jacksonville. They also help and care about disabled individuals. Thank you all so much

Chill vibe here. All the guys are awesome and friendly. We planned on having our mailbox there only for a few months in between moves in 2022, but it was such a great experience we decided to keep it permanently. They are careful with packages and we have never had an issue. Keep up the great work!! Happy customer here!!

This is the best UPS store I’ve ever visited. Have been here multiple times for Amazon returns, and they always do a great job. Some of the nicest, most efficient staff ever. I suspect the negative reviews are from people with negative attitudes because our experience has been universally positive.

Dennis and his team always have been pleasant and amazing. With tight deadlines at times when we have printing done there they never seem to disappoint in their turn-around time and go above and beyond. Could we use a UPS Store closer to our office location? Absolutely! But we didn't get this level service and quality work and had to have it redone by Dennis. The Volen Group relies on and appreciates Dennis and his team!

This place is out of retail fantasy. Truly unbelievable service, great helpful attitudes... I have never had an experience that wasn't top tier at this uos store. Incredible customer service, best local biz in town.

All of the employees of this store are extremely pleasant to work with, no matter how busy the store is, they take the time to greet you and thank you. If I have the option I chose to bring my business to this store as often as possible.
