O'Reilly Auto Parts

I recently had to get a new battery and chose to try O'Reilly. I am pleasantly impressed at how friendly and helpful this store staff was. They were all so kind. There was a teenage young man that helped me find the right battery for my car. He is also the one who offered to install the new battery in my car. There were 2 older gentlemen, one who helped test my old battery and the other was the store manager whom gave product information, instruction, and approval. They were super nice & helpful to every customer that walked into the store. I will use this store from now on, if I need to buy any car products or simple auto parts for my car.

I truly appreciate the great work and honesty that I received fromT.J. I’m happy he made things right for me when an ex employee sold me the wrong battery for my car and was moving around. Bill and his team were outstanding. I believe Bill is the foreman or supervisor. Extremely helpful knowledgeable and courteous each time I'm in Blue Springs I won't go any other place but there if I need anything, And I thank all of you

It's great! Ordered a rare part to have it show up by 5 o'clock! Unfortunately I didn't make it to pick it up for a couple of days. LOL.

I started my morning with my car stalling to start, so I was super stressed while taking my kids to daycare. Anytime my car acts up, I start thinking it's going to cost an arm and a leg to repair. I stopped in to O'Reilly's on North 7 Hwy and was greeted by Phil. WHAT A NICE MAN!! He tested my alternator and found that it was still producing at high volumes, so that wasn't the problem. He then tested my battery, and THAT WAS IT! While it was a simple fix, Phil made me feel like a valued customer and replaced my battery very quickly. I was back on the road in no time! Phil is the type of guy that you can tell he truly loves what he does. I am thankful to have met him today!

These guys are always helpful. Even if part needs ordered. Everything I want in a parts store.
