Great Customer Service!

The Owner/Manager is very rude. He was obviously irritated by my presence in the store while waiting on a shirt to be made. The young lady was friendly..lovely. He came out and interrogated her about what I wanted. He saw me on camera from the office. He came out walking some dogs and never even spoke or greeted me or the lady from Olpe. They want people to shop locally but when you do, this is the experience and is not the first time.

I cannot begin to express my disappointment with this company. I ordered jerseys through the company sales rep for a basketball season. The items I ordered arrived late, were the wrong sizes, and not all of the items I requested arrived. Several times I emailed the sales rep with no reply. But they constantly emailed me about payment while refusing to take any accountability for the orders that were in error. The entire transaction felt like a giant scam. Very frustrating experience.
