I have to say from the moment, I walked in all of the girls helping me were very welcoming. I of course didn’t know what I was doing with Amazon returns, they printed stuff they got the envelopes for me and they explained a couple things. I truly appreciated all of their help and enjoyed my time in the store. Also, the older gentleman that came out was just as sweet and started helping as the line got longer, they did not rush me. They did not make me feel like I was being a nuisance to them they were very polite and very customer service oriented.

Nicest staff ever!! I had a last minute assignment I needed to print and placed a print order and wasn’t supposed to be ready until the next day I called and they had it ready for me in less than 20 minutes! They were super busy and still answered all my questions and were extremely helpful and so nice about everything! I would definitely recommend this location for all there services they managed to help everyone while staying on top of their orders!! Thank you:)

This is hands-down one of the most efficient UPS stores I’ve been to. The staff are always very friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. Cassandra helped me out today and she is an absolute gem. Thank you for the great service.

Wow! What great staff! I walked in expecting to be at least 10 mins and I was out in less than 2. Did not wait to provide excellent service. They offered to tape up my box and fill it with protective bubble wrap. All with smiles and friendly attitudes. Wish I got their names.

This UPS store is wonderful beyond words! The owner Tom and his team are outstanding. They have helped me successfully wrap and ship difficult items such as a sousaphone across the country. Other stores refused and were not capable of completing such a rigorous task.The owner is awesome, caring, and knowledgeable. I am forever grateful to this UPS store. It is my favorite and I easily rate it an 11 out of 10. Thank you for your kindness and professional work!

This is in response to the review left a day ago, When the person said "bad service, rude staff". I was in the store when he came in, talking with 2 members of the staff after I had picked up my mail. The store closes at 7:00 PM and it was after 7. The young man said "I'm sorry we are closed", the man said "but the door was open". The young man again said he was sorry but they were closed. The customer then walked out of the store. They had not locked the store because I was still there but they had shut down the computers. After the computers are off it takes a while to get everything up and running, I am a regular customer and mailbox holder in this store and in there almost everyday. This is the best UPS store that I have ever used. Tom and his staff are always as courteous and helpful as possible with everybody that comes in. I have never seen a time when they were rude with anybody. I definitely recommend this UPS store to anybody that needs their service.

Twice in the last week I visited this UPS Store, and both times I was treated very kindly.
My first visit was for them to pack and ship a sewing machine. I had checked with another UPS Store for an estimate so expected to pay about the same amount at this location. However, to my surprise, the cost was 25% less.
On my second visit, I had eight boxes to ship, some of them very heavy. The nice young woman who helped me brought a dolly out to the car and carted them inside for me. What took her 5 minutes would have taken me much more time, plus I would have been exhausted.
In the future, should I have need of help with packing/shipping shipping, I will definitely use the services of this UPS Store, near Trader Joe's on Haven just north of the 210 freeway.

Tom and his staff are absolutely incredible. They are fast, efficient, helpful, and friendly. It's disappointing to read other reviews based on customer's freedom to wear a mask or not, and not on the actual merits of Tom's ability to run a successful business that caters to the needs of his customers. As long as I live in the area, Tom will get my business 🇺🇲

Man this store has the best staff! Very friendly professional and understand the United States Constitution! No one asked me to wear a useless mask by mandate or tyrannical socialist leader. It sure was tasty breathing it in you know freedom what A great experience. Yawl should ship from here!

I've been coming to this store for years and the staff and owners have always been so friendly and helpful. It really saddens me that that woman would give this store a low rating because she was so freaked out over a customer in the store without a mask on and the staff apparently didnt force the customer to put one on. If she is so concerned about her own health perhaps she ought to stay home and quarantine until MSM and Lord Newscum tells her it's safe to come out. Til then, leave the rights of other people and store owners out of it. But seriously, all that aside, this is and has always been a store with A+ service!!

Let me begin by saying that I rarely write business reviews unless I have had an extraordinarily good or bad experience with a particular business. I am happy and anxious to share an extremely positive experience I recently had doing business with this UPS Store, located at 6371 Haven Avenue and more specifically with Tom, the owner.

When an issue arose with a particular service offered through the UPS store, Tom was quick to take responsibility and decisive action to resolve the matter despite the fact that he and his employees bore no actual responsibility or accountability. I have seldom encountered an individual or business owner who is as honest, ethical and empathetic as Tom.

No business or individual is infallible, we all understand that that's just a fact of life. What separates truly honorable and ethical individuals and businesses are the ones who will unconditionally stand behind their products and services. Tom is one of those rare individuals.

I can wholeheartedly endorse and recommend this UPS Store because of the honest and ethical nature of its owner, Tom. With Tom leading his employees and setting the example and standards that he holds himself to, you can trust this business for whatever products or services you may need.

Tom and his associates are so incredible! When I stop in with a shipment, they are always so kind and help me with my boxes. Since they have moved into this area, they have made my job so much easier. They are always so pleasant. Like a breath of fresh air. Thank you!

I am currently in Southern CA due to the death of my father, a Marine veteran. I went to the UPS Store at 6371 Haven Ave., Rancho Cucamonga, to ship some of my Dad's items back to my home in New England. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and their prices more than fair. But what totally sealed my admiration for them came when I walked back in with my final item: the folded American flag which covered my Dad's coffin. They couldn't have been more reverent and respectful in their handling of it, and made sure to wrap and package it in a manner not only guaranteed to keep it clean and undamaged, but also worthy of what it represents. It turns out that there's at least one Marine in their family, too. They understand.

I would highly recommend this UPS Store and its' staff to anyone needing one or more of the many services they offer. And should I ever be so lucky as to once again live here in Southern CA, you can believe they will be my "go-to" for packaging and shipping services.

I've had a couple not-so-good experiences quite a while back. Have been in a couple of times recently and been very pleasantly surprised to be treated very well. I like this store!
