Honestly Philibert Goodwill, from T-Mobile is the most patient, willing and helpful store manager I’ve ever experienced. He takes his time with you, is dedicated to giving you the best deal and does his heart from the heart. So thankful I decided to visit this T-Mobile in key biscayne as opposed to others in miami. Even if you don’t live in KB. It’s worth the drive over to have service such as the one I’ve had. I’m a super happy customer. I was able to get the new IPhone 15, and an Apple Watch with awesome T-Mobile promotions Phil took his time to explain it all! 10/10

After waisting sooo much time on the phone with T Mobile call center 611. Phil at the store help me and in two secs did what the call center couldn’t do in 4 calls and almost two hours waisted…

Yesterday Satuday Octobrer 21, 2023, my daughter and I went to the Key Biscayne Store and Phill, the manager of the store, and Bautista, were very helpful and patient with us, during several hours we had to stay there reviewing our account, phones, and the promotion they offer us which lead us to up grade our account and phones for little money. Thank you, Phill and Bautista, we are very happy with all we got and we really liked your professionalism and care, that you both put into this transaction. Rolando was super helpful today! I went to 2 other T mobile stores and neither could provide a fix for an issue with my Netgear hotspot + T mobile plan not providing data… he was able to figure out a solution by switching out SIM cards and adjusting the plan with patient troubleshooting. I just became a T Mobile customer 2 days ago for the first time & was close to settling for a refund - will continue using T-Mobile for now thanks to Rolando’s help.

Rolando is super professional and courteous. A very smart young man with impecable choice of words. Sometimes this store relies on feedback from t-mobile and this takes time. Nevertheless, Rolando is patient and extremely helpful.
