The young lady who helped me today was so kind. She gave me her honest opinion on what she thought would fit my look. I love my new jewelry. I will definitely be back to this location. Overall great customer service!

Took my niece & nephew to Cedar Hill location, cashier was friendly & knowledgeable of the sales & informed us of them. She was also mindful of other customers coming in welcoming them into the store.

Everyone was genuinely nice to me. They helped me find the shirt my kiddo wanted. (Friday the 13th shirt to wear on Friday the 13th) I was really impressed with the service.

Love this location! Aisles are a little cramped but the employees are great and they have lots of good stuff just like they have always had the past 20+ years I’ve shopped with them.

Leia the representative that helped me went above and beyond assisting me! I cannot stress that enough lol I was looking for a specific size for some T’s and she was able to find them and went to a whole lot of trouble getting them! I really appreciate that, she is the best with her positive energy! She was high informative as well letting me know about discounts I could take advantage of! Will make this my go to store!

A little wait time to go into store due to covid and small store but worth it. Everyone was very helpful. Christopher or maybe Christian (I should of wrote it down) was very awesome at checkout!! I love everyone at this store and prefer it to every other location I've been to. I go so often that most of the employees recognize me and a few of them know my name. When I walk in I feel at home and comfortable. A couple of the employees, Morgan and Vanessa, are always SUPER helpful and Morgan always has a conversation when there aren't other coustomers that she needs to help. The selection is great and if you can't find what you want someone will offer to help you order it from the site. 10/10 would recomend.

The gentlemen that was working today interacted with all of the guest in the store. He had great customer service and multitasking skills. Super nice and helpful!!

One of the smaller Hot Topic stores, which means a limited selection, but they usually have what I'm looking for. Store is always clean and organized no matter how busy it is, and staff is always friendly. Vanessa in particular is super helpful!

Great customer service, I was happily greeted by employee who also helped me find the hair dye I needed. The place was also very organized and clean. Really enjoy coming to this location.

They have alot of graphic tees from bands to tv to anime. Plus they have a huge variety of pop figurines and cute key chains. Great place for those with an inner geek.

Amazing store everyone is super friendly and even if they dont have my size they are always willing to see if they can order it or if another store has it! Love everyone that works here!
