Home Depot is a great place to purchase house plants all year round & garden plants in the spring, summer & fall.

The staff is always helpful, the checkouts are a breeze with multiple self check outs as well as human operated lanes.

The shelves are always stocked.

It's also a great place to buy Christmas trees & seasonal decor for your house & outdoors.

I'm gonna mispell their names do forgive guys but I have to share this. I haven't had this great an experience shopping at Home Depot ever. I have been a General Contractor and Business Owner most of my adult life. I've had good service and very poor service but Today I am gonna take the time to say the employees at Home Depot in Inver Grove heights MN are knowledgeable and there to serve the customers. Ramundo, Tootie and a young man in plumbing. Did everything I asked, knew what they where doing, didn't complain, no eye rolls, smiled, called me Sir and were so polite. Future Managers !!! Thank you guys.

Well managed Home Depot with great staff in the Tools department. Usually well stocked on retail goods. Pro Department is also top notch!

Most people know what to expect as far as home Depot supplies but had to come on here to leave a review of the great customer service we get at this Robert trail location. The person working rentals today gave us some great advice on how to fix our house issue, Quinn at the paint counter was extremely helpful last week and answered all of my questions and Dennis was great to work with when picking out a new fridge a couple months back.

Scott was fantastic. He helped my husband find and purchase a bunch of Milwaukee equipment for his wood flooring employees fairly late in the evening. We got in, we got out, we got what we needed, all thanks to Scott.

Garden center is well-stocked and of all the home depot stores in the twin cities the staff here is the most helpful and friendly of any!

The Christmas light show called Glow was fantastic. I think it was better than Bentleville in Duluth . Take the tram ride and see it all from above. The ride is only $6.00 per person and totally worth it.

Bob had amazing service today for my wife. Helped her and even came back looking for her when he realized she might not have everything she needed. Thanks Bob for your customer service and your service in the military.

I got the extended warranty on my Milwaukee drill and they warranties it out since the motor died in it. My battery would die super fast and the motor didn’t have any torque left to it u could hold your hand on it and it wouldn’t spin. Home Depot will have my business for years and years to come!

Some of the best service I've gotten at any home improvement store. I wish I'd gotten his name, but the guy working the lumber area was very helpful and patient with me. He seemed busy, but was able to help me out with no problem. Good customer service goes a long way!

Kendrea was very helpful and straightened out my purchase. The cashier had used the wrong coupon. I really appreciate her cheerful attitude and willingness to help. The best customer service I have experienced in a long time.

I ended up at this Home Depot because a different store said they couldn't cut a type of lumber. Which they based it off of a title vs seeing the product. The other stores employees were nothing like the ones here. I had a total of 2 employees help me here and they were far more helpful and brought a great atmosphere to this store. The quality of product at this store is also far superior to the other home depot i was at.

Had THE best experience with a worker named Hunter. Went in to find the small camping propane cylinders and Hunter brought me right to them only to find there was none there. He said hang on…….we just got a truck in! He was back within 2 minutes with some. He could have said sorry……looks like we are out……PLEASE give Hunter a raise……he went that extra mile for me and in this day and age…….I think that’s a rare find.

Thanks to Home Depots outdoor garden 50% off Shrubs, we'll have more privacy on both sides of our yard. Chose 6 Emerald Green Arborvite bushes. If they had 3 more I would have bought them for the back side of yard.

We made a quick run to the Inver Grove Heights Home Depot. They had the fence posts in stock that we had been looking for, all over the cities. The staff is always very helpful, and courteous. We're also pondering the purchase of a storage shed, and the Suncast unit they have, and in stock, is actually reasonably priced.

Their curbside pickup is great! But be aware that it ends at 6PM even though you are in one of the parking spots and click at store, it still sends you a message that they will be out with your order as soon as possible. Yes, I realized on another day doing this that in the email it tells you the curbside pickup hours, but that being said it would be nice if a different message would be sent after hours. Due to slow cell service my page was not loading completely and I missed the available hours the first time.
