I came in to get my new phone activated. And it was an amazing experience. Everything went very well and everything got transferred.
This store is amazing and I recommend the store 100%. I came in a little after five, and it took a little bit longer to get all activated, but stayed after hours to get it activated. Nicole was amazing and really helped me with my phone activation and cared to get it running for me so I had my new phone..

The ladies in here were a great help to us! They helped us figure out a new plan and new phones!

Jess and her people have been more than great.
Jess sold me a new Samsung X23+. She answered all the questions I had regarding my new phone highlighting its' new features.
I was having problems requesting a Verizon card .She aided me with that issue as well.

Jess was so amazing and super helpful! She explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions.

I want to first off say that Nichole at your Verizon store is a huge asset, her customer service is top tier. I had been to another Verizon retailer earlier in the day and left with a very sour taste in my mouth due to the fact that my original agent didn’t exactly take good care of my needs (sold me an iPhone and didn’t even activate it) so long story short I live far away from said store, so a drive back was definitely off the table, not to mention that I tried multiple calls to my sales agent to get this problem resolved, only to be met with an answering machine and no callbacks. So I called around to different stores to try and see if I could get ahold of an agent to assist me… I tried multiple store numbers to no avail, more answering machines and no human contact….. so I randomly called your store in forest city and Nichole answered, from the very beginning she was courteous and ready to help. I explained my situation to her and explained that I was also in The boonies in AZ, which is why I couldn’t just drive back (I’m 2 hours one way from said store that my iPhone 13 was purchased). She immediately jumped into action for me, making me feel like I was the most important thing on her agenda at that moment, she got my account information and saw that my phone had not been activated, and promptly fixed my issue. I am so very thankful for Nichole, I have not had customer service so great in a very long time…. I feel that is heavily missing in the world today, and Nichole truly stepped up to the plate. I think she should be looked at as a perfect model of exceptionalism for customer service, and as such should be commended for such service. So if you live in or around Forest city, need a new phone and want customer care that’s rare nowadays go see Nichole. For management reading this, from a former manager in a retail store myself, I only wish that I had a customer service rep like her, employees are a dime a dozen, but customer service (answering phones, being attentive and willing to help, making the customer feel important) well that’s a gem for sure, and she should get recognition for her dedication to our care.

Jess is always ready to help with whatever problems or questions we may have. She is very professional but yet very kind at the same time since some of us aren’t extremely tech savvie! We are fortunate that our small town Verizon has such a dedicated and knowledgeable person dealing with the public!

Overall the experience was amazing, they turned the extremely frustrating experience with another location around for the better. They were very helpful and were willing to make things right. I will be going to this location with any of my future purchases and possible troubleshooting issues.

The team was very inviting and explained things in terms I could understand. Once my new phone arrived they made sure everything was transferred and working properly prior to my departure. The explanation of current charges vs. future charges was well laid out and easy to understand.

Jessica is amazing. She helps with all of my needs, I don’t go to any other store! She has always been patient in explaining things I don’t understand and goes the extra mile.

The girls help me when I have issues with my phone. They are happy to help, and always have given me good service. Highly recommend. I've been to a couple of places over the years and don't get the service like I do in Forest City.

Great store to deal with way more personal experience than those big Verizon stores

I had an issue with my account. I had called my corporate store with little to no help. Then I contacted the store manager at the Forest City, IA Verizon location, Jessica Steele. Jessica was extremely helpful! She went above and beyond to get my issue resolved quickly. Great service!!

Nichole is always very knowledgeable and helpful. She is able to assist customers in a timely manner. She always has a smile and pleasant demeanor.
