Orlando in the paint department is the unsung hero of customer service! Move over superheroes, because Orlando is the real MVP. I recently embarked on a mission to tackle a paint project, armed with nothing but determination and a vague idea of what I needed. Enter Orlando, the Picasso of customer service.

This guy didn't just point me to the right aisle; oh no, he took me on a personalized tour of the paint wonderland! Picture this: Orlando, the paint whisperer, guiding me through the rainbow of possibilities. He didn't just stop at showing me the aisles; he practically held my hand (figuratively, of course) and walked me through every nook and cranny, showcasing the brushes, paints, and tools I'd need for my grand masterpiece.

Orlando's dedication to going above and beyond is like a breath of fresh air in a world where customer service can sometimes feel like a forgotten art. His knowledge and enthusiasm turned what could have been a daunting task into a delightful adventure. Management, take note! Orlando deserves a standing ovation, a superhero cape, or at the very least, a VIP parking spot. Bravo, Orlando – you're the real paint-slinger in this town!

Fantastic assistance! SHOWED me where things were... BROUGHT a mobility scooter to me... Took too heavy things to the check out... Then loaded it all .. PLUS, in flooring, great service! Answered and EXPLAINED all of my questions... And, didn't talk over me. Great team at this location.

I want to thank All employees in the Service Department at the Home Depot in Temple Texas. Brittany, Soul and Derek all helped me from making sure I had all the right boxes, getting my warranty information and helping me load them in my truck. Also, thanks to Violet for fixing my account up as a Pro while purchasing a new washer and dryer.

Love this store for general purposes.! Just wish there was a little more staff on the floor when needing customer support help. But otherwise it’s a great super hardware store.!

My family and I went to the Killeen location and they didn’t have the fridge we were wanting off the truck yet, so we came to this temple location and got it here. The guy who help us had great customer service, was quick and gave us a bunch of helpful information. he had a great attitude and made great conversation with us. The guy was wearing a medical boot if you see him give him a raise !!!

The employees at the Temple Home Depot are friendly and helpful. The store is well laid out with clearly labelled signs, and it is easy to find what you are looking for. If not, finding someone to ask is not hard. The restrooms are clean. I was looking for packing paper and will probably need to return for a TV box!

Great service from Theodore in mini blinds and Christy in power tools. She was very helpful picking the right drill. Both were very prompt and responded to our questions with knowledge and patience.

I t was good I found what I needed the cashier said good morning. She was nice polite, and she had a beautiful smile. We talked about the weather for a minute she rang me up I told her thank you and she said have a nice day and I was gone. A wonderful experience.

Good for shopping for home improvement projects and home repair products, lawn care products, home appliances, hardware, etc. Most of staff associates are very helpful. Home Depot is superior to Lowes in every way 💪

I bought a mail box kit and Home Depot hooked me up with Adam from 3:23 Home Services. We set up an installation time and he sent his team out and they did an excellent job! Strongly recommend!

The employees at this location were extremely knowledgeable of the store layout, and helpful whenever we needed their assistance. Andrea helped me find the correct blinds and cut the ones that needed to be trimmed to perfection! I highly recommend this store when making changes to your home.

Usually have what I need. Sometimes things aren’t stocked correctly. Restrooms are generally clean.

Home Depot is one of the few places where you can purchase Weed and Feed fertilizer that is formulated for St. Augustine grass. Regular Weed and Feed will kill St. Augustine grass .

We have to bring up the outstanding job on a few major projects that Home Depot provided us within the 2 years. From flooring, windows and kitchen cabinets makeover, their teams really delivered. Yes, there were delays, hiccups and headaches, but the difference between them and their competition down the road is how far and beyond they worked on making things right for us. Always kept excellent communication providing us with updates, changes and feedback promptly. I barely had to call their customer service, because they'd already contacted us if any issues arise. Very happy and pleased with their products. They've been honoring their warranty and part of the deal from the beginning. Completely the opposite of what we had experienced with their main competitor (L...).

I like going there and looking to see what new can spray paint I can buy so I can paint figurines that I buy from Hobby Lobby and other places!

The folks here are always friendly and helpful. Sometimes I go in there not sure of what I need nor can use to accomplish a certain task. I have received so many thoughtful and useful suggestions of ways to make or repair something. Often it's being shown how I can get something done without having to buy a whole new tool or fixture. They are also very accommodating and helpful on the rare occasions I've had to return something, usually when I've bought too many or the wrong size. They are also extremely good at helping to create paint that perfectly matches the item color of something I need to just do a little touching up on. I've never been disappointed here!
