She was an amazing help, didn't keep pushing and trying to upsell us whenever we decided what we wanted, did her ABSOLUTE BEST to make sure we got the best possible deal/ price for what we were trying to do, AND she actually took the extra time and care to actually walk us through things we didn't understand in a patient and professional manner. She ALONE inspired, not only confidence in my purchase, but confidence in Verizon as a whole! She truly cares about her guests. Verizon, if you're seeing this: Kelsey should be the one managing that store. Not the pushy, rude, micro-managing individual who undermined and questioned her at every turn.

Kelsey and Joey at my local Verizon Store deserve a standing ovation! Their customer service is like a well-choreographed dance – smooth, entertaining, and leaving you wanting an encore. I've waltzed into the store a few times, changing plans more often than my socks, upgrading phones like a tech fashionista, and even returned an upgrade for a better one – they handled it with flair. Adding a business line felt like expanding my entourage. These two are the dynamic duo of Verizon, turning what could be a tech tango into a comedy show with flawless execution. Bravo, Kelsey and Joey, you've earned my five-star review and a spot in my customer hall of fame!

This is the store for all your needs. The place was very busy but was able to assist me with my phone. Staff very friendly but also professional. Very, very knowledgeable. Thank you Verizon for having locations like this to help and assist all of our needs 5 ⭐'s.

I’m not a Verizon customer, but I bought an accessory from their online store. Long story short I needed to return the item and was told I could do so at this location. I was greeted promptly and although there was a little wait I was soon taken care of by their friendly staff. If I had better service around my home I would certainly entertain using Verizon as my go to carrier based on how nice their employees are even when it was a return and not a sale. Thanks !

This store accommodated every need that I had. They found a different store to send the phone I needed over. The employees are very nice, but if you ever get to go you should talk to Angel. He was hands down the most down to earth, funny, and sweet employee that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He went above and beyond for two days to make sure that all my accounts were set up correct. This one employee made my whole experience a 10 out of 5 ❤ Would recommend this store to everyone. Went in today to get some internet,And was greeted in a professional way.i felt very comfortable in the establishment as well.the assisted manager by the name of Joey helped me save on my bill,and helped go through all my paperwork and transferring docs.thank you Verizon for taking time out to make me feel welcomed,assisting me professionally.And also thank you again Joey!!Great teamwork and definitely great business and work from you.

Huge shoutout to JOHN that helped me get set up with all new phones and a watch . We had some problems at first but the manager stepped in and helped. I’m sure they are already tired of me but they are very helpful every time I go in. Sometimes it’s a busy store and I work in sales myself so I know how it gets. Be patient people

Just wanted to say I live in Killeen and drive up here now to just get help, that's how good they are every time I need assistance with something. The store associate Fabian was a great help and literally never gave up on helping me even after spending 2 hours trying to fix my issue. Great guy!!

Angel did an excellent job. Most of his wait for us was getting a hold of the financial dept to take care of business on their end. He had patience as much as we had. Our attendant was knowledgeable and really had to search to help with our situation/request. The wait - there wasn't any, which was a nice change. The store was clean and bright like you expect from Verizon.

The Customer Service Team at Verizon ConnectNowon 31st Street was instrumental to me joining Verizon. Their service, professionalism, diligence, personality, care and concern made the entire experience enjoyable and productive. Angel not only exceeded every expectation I had of a Verizon employee in helping me, but simultaneously trained a newer team member to attain his same skill proficiency. Kim had amazing follow-through and demonstrated a willingness to assist and research issues and concerns I had every time something arose. Cody was the penultimate store manager and went to great lengths to ensure that I not only got the device I wanted, but that I got it quickly and conveniently. Overall, this team is the best I've worked with across multiple cellular service carriers in over 10 years. I highly recommend the Temple Verizon store for your wireless needs. We have had nothing but positive experience with this store. We bought 2 phones today! Our sales associate, Rodney P, was awesome!! He helped us get the best deals Verizon could offer. He was a straight shooter and a man with integrity! We will definitely do business with him and this store again! We have been with Verizon over 10 years and will continue to stay loyal as they have been loyal to us!
