I am a frequent customer at your store, visiting almost twice a month. If you enjoy arts and crafts, or even decorating for the holidays, I highly recommend applying for the Michaels card. I have always found the customer service at Michaels to be excellent, and I would rate this store 5 out of 5 stars.

Went to upgrade a tired Easter wreath and found a great sale. Fastened items to remove later and turn into a spring wreath.

I was at Michael's this morning and was greeted by employee sandra right when I walked in. Was asked if I needed help. I was impressed by how attentive Sandra and Mary Ellen was with me. Both helped me tremendously with what I needed and more! Showed me what I should use and different product I could use!!! Thank you to both!!! Have walked into this store before and have never been greeted like this.

My favorite place to browse and pick up supplies for my workshops I facilitate. The store has a feel-good ambience.

Today we were helped by an excellent representative of your store. I believe her name was Amber. She went above and beyond to provide us with one of the best customer service experience we've had in a very long time. It didn't stop there. The young lady who checked us out was extremely nice and professional. In fact, your entire staff should be commended. We will be back.

We love this place. It's very nice. Indoor seating areas us a really great outdoor tiki bar area that's heated in the winter. Atmosphere is fantastic. Full service bar for those just wanting a few cocktails. The food is great. They have occasional specials, like Lobster weekend when you can get a 2lb Lobster with sides for just $44. The regular menu is full of delicious choices. Highly recommend.

Love their sales. The coupons that are offered. Great selection, most items seen online usually instock at local store for pickup. Employees are friendly and very helpful. This place is my new favorite crafting store since the other has left the area. 11/21/22 updated this post to say I am recently handicapped, lost my leg due to infection of a bad knee replacement surgery. I would like to see Michaels possibly obtain some type of mobile handicap cart. Would make shopping much easier for those with disabilities.

I love their sales!!!! Also, the variety. It's really great finding amateur as well as professional items in the same aisle. Makes comparison easier plus it inspires u to try new things. Endless items for the creative mind I feel like a kid in a toy store. You can't beat those sales though.

Store is clean, organized and well stocked. Found things for Christmas here that I did not find in other stores. Staff helpful and pleasant. On top of that, good prices. Recommend

A store associate, Liz, helped me with an online order noted for pickup that didn't process on 11/30 -- she was SO unbelievably patient and helpful. It was an unfortunate situation and she went above and beyond with handling -- went to get the item I was trying to purchase online and was very polite. Liz was great customer service !!

Just your average Michael's store with no complaints. Polite staff, shelves are always stocked, and it's in a decent location. Just your typical Michael's store, but it does seem slightly small. Glad their still around. Some really great deals when I was there

Love the selection of crafts for kids. You can find unique merchandise and gifts if you take your time walking through.

The employees working there were knowledgeable and eager to assist. I first went to Walmart to pick out a picture frame but they did not have the size I was looking for 8"×8". So Michaels around the corner it was. Found the odd ball size I needed and then some. Ended up purchasing 2 different sized picture frames with the assistance of one of the employees. The cashier was even helpful and pleasant. Overall wonderful experience.

I went in to purchase picture frames and the staff at the Frame department were simply awesome, to say the least. The sales person on the floor was courteous, and helpful. He asked for the tech in the back room to assist in the more technical stuff, to choose the right frame and mattes. I highly recommend Michaels

I was able to purchase two table top easels for my granddaughters for Christmas 🎄 and they were on sale at half price !! Two for one !!
I also purchased two canvas painting 🖌🎨 kits of the Nativity Scene, complete with brushes and paint to complete a lovely Christmas picture. Michaels helped me give two gifts that will give many painting experiences and enjoyment to my granddaughters!! Thanks Michaels.

I hate Michael's! It is definitely a weak spot for me! I love to craft and I can get lost at Michael's. I had gone for Christmas decorations and they did not disappoint! They also had amazing sales going on, between that and there selection, they were definitely the best craft store to go to. They made sure to accommodate customers in line, adjusting the amount of cashiers they had for the amount of customers waiting. Lines moved quickly and efficiently.

They had everything I needed. The store wasn't crowed at all and the cashier was sweet. She signed me up for the rewards program I didn't even know about.
