Just left this location, been awhile since I've visited. Guy working was respectful and helpful.. Store was really clean. Great selection of dance, men's, and clearance.

Very helpful and nice employees. I like that they leave you alone unless you have a question. It can be awkward shopping in a store like that and I don’t feel like they’re staring at me, haha. But when I have a question they’ve always known the answer. I was looking for a specific product and I couldn’t find it. The manager knew exactly what I was looking for and it turned out they had a few of them but they were more expensive than I expected. So he suggested the travel version that was cheaper. It’s usually really hard for me to talk with a male about these kinds of products but he made it not weird. Haha.

Get what you need in peace and with advice if you need it.

The toys and selection were great but the freckled girl behind the counter was very rude and not helpful... I suggest hiring better customer service staff😊

May have some cute stuff on clearance but the worker was ridiculous... Asking us to practically not speak cuz she had other customers... Like since when was an adult store a library??? We weren't even being all that loud!!! Plus I am half deaf and speak at a louder volume usually anyways and I was even quiet compared to my usual level...

The cashier was rude before I entered the building cause to not knowing if the business had a mask mandate when going there. I asked if the business provides mask and no and I told I'm vaccinated would it change the mask mandate for the business. The response was I quote "do you want to die.". Being frustrated from the start and I chose it's not worth shopping there with rudeness. Thank you to who reads this.

Manager is a creep, the store is usually dirty. Lots of shoplifting. Sketchy and/or clueless employees who don't know anything. The prices are really high and many of the toys are defective. Not worth it.

For some reason the man that was working treated me and my fiance like we came in there to steal something. First off who steals adult toys? And second he didnt even play it off and ask if he could help us look for something or see if we had any questions. He was stocking stuff up front but brought it upon himself to come by us 3 times to see what we were doing. But i guess thats what you get for going to blue springs instead of staying in the city. SMDH
