Bahia Principe Fantasia Punta Cana

Amazing family resort! If you have a young family you’d be hard pressed to find a more welcoming place for children in Punta Cana! We loved our trip and would return! The staff were exceptional and the beach experience is amazing! BBQ by the beach was our favourite! Great value.

This is my families 3rd time staying at a Bahia-Principe resort, and this trip did not disappoint. We decided to try the Fantasia resort in Punta Cana this time, because we have 3 boys, aged 7, 10 and 12, and this was the best choice for us. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach and there are trolleys available if you prefer to ride. The water at the beach was a nice temperature and the sand was soft, not rocky. My kids also used the water slides, the basketball court and the beach volleyball court located right at the resort. We also had lots of fun at the main pool, where Blaz, Francis and the rest of the entertainment staff played games with us, danced and lead fun water aerobics and activities. They were great! The water in the pool was a good temperature, not too cold at all.
Our room was located close to the Circus Garden restaurant, so we opted to eat breakfast and lunch there. (The main buffet is good too, but this was more convenient for us). The service at the Circus Garden was super and we were always met with smiles and a friendly staff. A big thank you to Francisco who went above and beyond to make our dining experience awesome! Overall we had a really nice vacation. I would recommend this resort for kids with children.

Visited for 3 days with my children. They enjoyed every bit of it. Shows at nights are the best. Especially the princess one.. love love..

We came on a family vacation with my granddaughters. They had a blast. Kid friendly made us feel welcome. Very attentive and if you had any issues or concerns they handle it quickly. Reason I say that was that my daughter in law lost her found and security found it were she said she had left it.

Honestly, this was an amazing vacation for our first family vacation! Food was great, beach is close within walking distance, no need to take the shuttle. To give you more perspective a 5.5 year old walked in 10min at an average pace. I would definitely recommend. There's fun for the children and adults at the same time. Pools are kid friendly depth and really it was just a great time!

Great hotel ! Great staff and perfect for all ages. The rooms are clean and food is amazing especially the restaurant. The staff is amazing and super friendly and love to play with the kids. Francis is the best along with his friend Jholfry, they are both super good animator. You should definitely come to this resort.

We stayed at Bahia principe fantasia for march break with the kids. Was an amazing experience. Francis and Carmen from the entertainment club for kids really put an effort in to make it an unforgettable experience for the kids. Highly recommend this place if you have smaller children.

A fantastic place to bring kids. So much for them to do. Great activities in the pool and in the lobby in the evening. The food is great. The beach is a 5 minute walk. I would definitely come back!

It was such a wonderful experience! La Gourmet restaurant was the best among all of them in bahia. The service and the quality of food was great. The service personnel was very nice, friendly, professional. The chef of the restaurant made our dinner very special, we were very surprised and grateful by this. The chef, Pablo, stopped by himself to make sure our food was great and fresh. He personally cooked the best steak for us, it was delicious! My girlfriend and I from Miami, we know good restaurants and this place was to the point

Great stay, amazing staff that’s always happy and goes above and beyond. Especially for the kids. Main lobby bar staff was always amazing and super helpful. Entertainment crew made it so much fun for everyone. It was busy but we were still able to find chairs at the beach or pool Check in and check out was very quick and easy. Wilson at check out made checking out very easy.

We had an amazing time!Ramon at guest experiences took good care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. He checked up on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well, if there was an issue he asked what he could do for us and did what he said he would do. A great employee at Bahia Fantasia💕

This has been an amazing vacation spot that our family will absolutely return to! The service is outstanding, staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The food was excellent for all meals, including the à-la-carte restaurants that we don’t always like. Rooms were always very clean and grounds are meticulously kept. There are a plethora of activities for kids, teens and adults alike. And of course, the beach was beautiful!

Where to begin! Beautiful and clean resort. A la Cartes restaurants were all fantastic! Food in the main buffet was very good as well. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Access to other resorts is a nice bonus as attached resorts had different pool experiences. I would highly recommend! If I had to find room for improvement... the beds are very firm but lots of pillows. My family would visit again.

Hotel is lovely, I travelled alone with my baby, and stayed here last year too. The fantasia is brilliant for children it’s like a little mini Disneyland.

Entertainment is amazing, plenty of pool activities and Carlos from the entertainment team is amazing.

Food is good, especially the Italian restaurant. 5* plus don’t fail. The only issue we had is the language barriers most start do not speak English so if ordering something specific off menus this can cause issues. We ordered a medium rare stake at additional cost and they brought it out severely well done 😵‍💫. Would recommend upgrading to privilege club for a more comfortable experience.

Was incredible, the only thing I will change is the rooms temperature.
They are too cold. Everything else is wonderful; the food was delicious; the personal very profesional and friendly. An amazing experience. I will recommend it to anyone who has kids; is a lot activities for them.

We have been a week in resort... it was fenomenal experience for entire family!
Room was nice and clean, food was superb and entertainment was top notch!
All I can say great place and awesome people!
We spent lot of time with entertainment guys Francis, Jholfry, Ana.... amazing and positive crew from dance, pool games, volleyball night show.... wish we can stay longer!!!

Amazing resort! Super kid friendly. The staff, especially Luis in entertainment, is phenomenal, super friendly and made our trip super fun! Water park is super fun and they have a bar for kids to order all they want. Would 110% recommend this resort, never a boring moment, always an activity happening! Food is very good, beach is so so nice, zero seaweed and no rocks just buttery sand! Thank you for an amazing time Fantasia Team!!

This was the best trip ever!! Honestly the best service and best and friendliest staff! Everything was clean and rooms are stunning. The food is awesome and there are snacks and drinks all around every night there is entertainment and it’s so fun! We don’t want to leave but have to go home. The best resort ever!!

We stayed here for our first vacation as a family of 5. Our kids were 6,5,3 years old and while there were limited excursions for that age, there was plenty to do onsite.

There are three water parks that are available to visitors of Bahia Principe with food bars at each one. There are activities at 7p (jugglers, singers, people on stilts, those dressed up), 8p (dance parties, karaoke), 9p (the main event). The rooms are cool, clean and quiet. Best sleeps in a while. There is a kids club that has activities from 9-5 including arts and crafts, excursions etc.

The beach was amazing with lots of covered recliners and very good service.

The food was plentiful with a great selection. The serving staff was very lovely and paid special attention to our kids.

My only complaint is the cost of the people on the beach - 6 braids were $50USD. We bought 6-8 trinkets from the market and it was $200USD. I am not comfortable bartering yet felt it was unreasonable. I thought it would be more fair as the "village" is on site.
