Majestic Elegance Punta Cana

My friend and I just returned from a 5-night stay at Majestic Elegance Punta Cana and we had a great time! The resort and beach are beautiful, and the service was amazing. All of the staff members were so friendly and helpful. Our butler, Melvin, was so welcoming and kind. He gave us a tour of the resort upon arrival, and did a great job arranging our dinner reservations and spa treatments as well. Highly recommend this resort for an stress-free vacation!

My husband and I went to Majestic Elegance for our honeymoon, and we were absolutely blown away! It was beautiful, extremely clean, and the food was incredible! The trip was a perfect blend of relaxing, fun, and romantic.
Melvin Rojas was our butler and he helped us make dinner reservations and answered all of our questions promptly. He was responsive and attentive, making our stay even better!
We definitely want to come back!!!

We just had an amazing time at the Majestic Elegance. Our butler Orlando Nunez took great care of us. We were here celebrating both our birthdays. He decorated our room with balloons for our birthdays and set up all of our reservations for the entire trip. Shout out to our bartender at the pool Ismael Castillo. Made us awesome drinks and great personality. It was an absolutely a pleasure to come visit DR with the Majestic Elegance.

We have vacationed 3 times in the Punta Cana area and have stayed at other areas. Majestic has gone above the norm to make your stay a very enjoyable stay. Let's begin with our Oscar who coordinated our transportation back and forth to Majestic. Once arrived we were served refreshments as we were checked in. All of our needs were taken care of by our personal butler Melvin. Melvin was always very responsive whenever we had questions or requests. Melvin made sure our friends who were celebrating their anniversary had a very special day all the way to leaving the room with bubbling wine chilling and a drawn bubble bath! Very appreciative of making sure our stay was enjoyable. Our room was always cleaned. The food was wonderful at all of the restuarants that we ate at, including the servers that were all so friendly! Just to name a few, Noel, Rosemary, Mariel, Pedro, and Carlos! As for the beach, absolutely amazing! Felt extremely safe at the resort and when we walked the beach. Majestic had the most welcoming beach view too! Had fun activities if you wanted to participate and great entertainment at night! We will be returning!

Just spent past week at Majestic Elegance and had a wonderful time with 11 family members. We upgraded to the Adults only Club member section and found it was well worth it. Enjoyed all food options ( tried them all) and evening entertainment. Our adults only area at beach was great and pools were amazing. Our butler Diego was fantastic ! He was attentive to all our requests and was available whenever we needed him . All in all was a great holiday and would recommend this resort.

Francis in entertainment made our night Super fun!! Loved it!!!! Victor Urena our butler was very attentive. Anything we needed or asked for he accommodated us with. Overall had a wonderful experience. Definitely coming back. They have everything. Beautiful pools and beach along with so much to do. Shows nightly,casino, and the friendliest staff I have ever encountered.

We just stayed at Majestic Elegance for five days and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The property and beach are absolutely stunning. Staff is friendly and very attentive to your needs. Santiago was our butler and was extremely helpful with any questions we had. The room smelled at times like sewer which I had heard was not uncommon in the Dominican. I think this was primarily because the air conditioning is motion activated so it doesn’t run when you’re not in the room. Once it ran the smell dissipated. The food on the resort is just okay but again I have heard that’s common in the Dominican. The buffets had a wide variety of options and breakfast was generally very good. Dinners at 9 Doors and See and Sea were the best. You will not be cheated when it comes to drinks as they are plentiful and available all over the resort. The lobby bar is the best for drinks and socializing. Overall we really enjoyed our trip and would definitely stay here again.

Staying for a week with my fiancee and having an amazing time.

The resort is beautiful, well maintained and has a lot of options for food and entertainment.

The service has been great, especially from our butler for the stay Gabriel who has been checking in with us regularly to let us know what's going on each day, and making sure that we have everything we need.

Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay and relax!

Just completed our 5 night stay at the Magestic Elegance and it was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Our butler Melvin Rojas was great. He got us our dinner reservations and had a jacuzzi hot tub with rose petals and champagne on ice waiting for us on our last night here. What a beautiful way to end our trip. This is our second time here and will not be the last. Plan on making this a yearly vacation getaway from the north east winter!! Would definitely recommend!!

Camila was great! So much fun! ☺ also…Ismael Castillo pool bar was a great bartender we stayed right by the swim up bar. He was always so positive and welcoming. the whole group loved him🤍 if you want to have a good time go see him for a drink!

This was our first all inclusive as a couple and to the Dominican Republic. We booked through AA travel and received a great deal.
We booked the Club adults only room Jr. Suite, and luckily got a room facing the pools and inner courtyard.
Room was great and plenty of spaced. Keep in is open concept, only issue was the bed for us. A little too firm. Also, if you get a room with two queen beds, there isn't a lot of privacy for families. As a couple it wasn't a big deal.
Club Elegance provides you with adult only sections of the pool, three lounges with food coffee and concierge, and you get an assigned butler. Ours was Juan, and he was amazing. He got us reservations to the two of the restaurants, the Japanese and French, checked in with us every day, gave us hats, helped with luggage and got us more towels and things.
The pools were great. We learned we had to play the game with the Bali beds. As most have stated, some people will claim them the night before. But we always lucked out.
The Japanese, Steakhouse, and See and Sea were our favorite restaurants.
We loved this all inclusive and will definitely be back.

We had such an amazing time staying at Majestic Elegance! The hotel is extremely clean and well maintained! Every night there were amazing shows as well as fun activities to do during the day! There was always great music playing at the beach! The best part about this resort is it offers a butler service. Honestly we had the best experience with our butler Guzman! I highly recommend anyone going to the resort to ask for him! He went above and beyond for anything we needed and was always around to give us the best suggestions! He was always welcoming and felt like part of the family while we were there! Overall we had an amazing experience thanks to Guzman!

This was our first trip to Punta Cana, and we enjoyed a wonderful experience at the Majestic Elegance Resort. The resort is absolutely beautiful, well maintained, with a variety of fun activities to choose from. The people working at the resort, and the service they provide, are a 10! Our butler, Diego, was wonderful! He was so friendly and helpful in arranging reservations and giving us the best suggestions. He was always welcoming and treated us like family during our stay. There were also many other team members that were amazing. Marcos, Felix, Jenny, Manuel, Angelina, and Yenipher, to name just a few. The selection of restaurants and the food was wonderful, something for everyone. Made us sad to have to leave this wonderful resort! Looking forward to a second visit!

We are currently at the Majestic Elegance Punta Cana in the Elegance Club. What an amazing hotel; great food , great entertainment, great beach , but what makes this hotel truly amazing is the staff. We have the best butler in Dario Herrera. He has been so great in securing restaurant reservations, spa appointments and golf bookings. Always reaching out daily to see if there is anything he can assist with. Truly one of a kind. The beach bar staff, Angelina and Santa are great; always keeping the drinks flowing! And Mary who is in the lower lobby bar with her permanent smile, is so sweet and attentivw, before and after our great dinners. This is our third visit and definitely won’t be out last!!

Our stay at Majestic Elegance was fantastic! The beach is scenic and romantic, the food is amazing, we did not have any bad meals, and the service from the staff is superb! Our suite attendant Juan was able to accommodate our requests, help us make reservations, and make the most of our vacation, wonderful service from him.
The food and drinks were amazing, my favorite bartender has got to be Ismael at the swim up pool bar. He was the life of the party and made us some amazing cocktails!
The resort has a variety of activities to keep us occupied and one of the coordinators Davey is very friendly and personable, and was always down for some volleyball or dancing!
We appreciate everything the staff at the resort did to help us enjoy our vacation and have a restful festive stay!

This is my first time at an all inclusive resort. This has been amazing and has exceeded my expectations. The resort is beautiful. The beach is beautiful. The room is so accommodating. They think of everything. The food is good. The service is impeccable. Everyone is so helpful, especially our butler, Orlando. He is there for everything we need. As soon as I see him I can't help but smile. He is very gracious. I can't wait to come back.

Firstly our butler Guzman was absolutely amazing! Attended to all of our needs and is such a sweetheart! All the staff was extremely friendly. Buffets were great and the Japanese restaurant was phenomenal! The hosts for the restaurants were always very welcoming and friendly! The entertainment was exceptional every night! The hotel and beach was extremely clean! They definitely pay close attention even to grounds keeping. Overall such a great experience with Majestic Elegance

My wife and I came to the Magestic Elegance for my birthday and we were not disappointed! We opted for a Club/Adults only room and the perks were well worth it! Our butler Gabriel was amazing and always available for questions and recommendations, plus he helped us get dinner and tennis reservations ensuring we had the best experience for our stay. We look forward to returning!

Santiago our butler was amazing! He set up a reservation at the Japanese restaurant, the hibachi was by far our favorite meal. He sent us daily plans for the day of what was happening at the resort, and checked in multiple times. We could not have asked for better service. Highly recommend Santiago. All of the staff was wonderful, especially Roberto at the bar downstairs. If you need anything at all, all the staff will go over and beyond to making you comfortable. The beach was so clean and soft - we went down at 8 am to get a spot close to the beach, but there were still plenty of chairs open throughout the day. We had no issue getting one in the shade. The only thing, that we expected, but was also a nuisance was the vendors at the beach. They are pretty good about leaving when you say “no thank you” though. The AC in the room is automatic which we loved - kept us very cool. For the price we paid, we thought it was an incredible location and such a wonderful place to relax.

Also worth noting - if you are an animal lover, there are multiple stray cats roaming around. We loved seeing them and almost pet them, when another gentleman said his friend had to get treatment because one of the cats bit them. Just FYI use caution around stray animals. But we still loved seeing them and giving them a little water!

My husband and I visited the Majestic Elegance resort in Punta Cana the third week of January 2024. The beach was stunning and clean, the pools were beautiful, and the restaurants were excellent. We had exceptional service from our butler Gabriel who provided us with a tour of the resort, made our restaurant reservations, booked us a shuttle to town to do some shopping, and checked in with us daily to answer questions and ensure that we were enjoying our stay. Gabriel was kind and attentive and we couldn’t have asked for better service! The restaurants at the Majestic Elegance were great with something to offer to suit all tastes. We particularly enjoyed the steak house and returned there for a second dinner. The staff at both the Flavours buffet and the See and Sea were wonderful and the food was always fresh and flavourful. The ladies on the crepe and waffle/pancake stations were incredible and went out of there way to provide gluten-free options, which was so greatly appreciated as I know working with gluten-free batter can be a challenge. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and look forward to exploring other Majestic resorts in the future.
