So delicious! The menu is full of amazing vegetarian / vegan options. We chose the rainbow salad, spring rolls and a juice. Everything was so tasty and healthy. And the vibe is very nice - outdoor eating with a relaxed hippie vibe

Super delicious food with friendly welcoming service. We've had the pad Thai here three times and it truly is amazing! Also highly recommend the crunchy mushroom wrap and the vegan chai latre, best chai latte I've had in a while! The vibe is chill and relaxed with plenty of seating options. Can't wait to come again!

Everyone knows about the Pad Thai and for good reason, I love this place. The juice is so fresh, the service friendly. The plate of the day changes and is fab. I highly recommend the peanut sauce with the fresh spring rolls. Affordable for San marcos and relaxed vibes

I have to agree: the pad Thai was BEA (Best Ever Anywhere)! I chose the spicy option with peanut sauce. I’m literally planning a trip back to the lake already just to eat more of it.

The best vegan food on the lake! I live in a neighboring town and go to eat there once a week. The pad Thai with tempeh is the best thing ever! So delicious, made with love and the staff are so kind! 💓

Delicious food although a bit pricey. Try their famous vegan plate- it continually changes and is yum. (Photo below) Love having the option for a large pot of tea. Very cozy relaxed ambiance and the best thrift collection I’ve ever seen.

Located in the lounge space/ open food court Emporium, El Buho offers many delicious dishes and drinks. Great Chai latte mix. Really all I have to say is: amazing vegan Pad Thai.

Delicious pad thai (not necessarily authentic, but a very delicious asian stir fried noodle dish). I loved that they include chili oil in this dish. Cute Bali-like decors.

A gem of a place tucked away in the haven of the emporium. The pad Thai (get it with the soy meat!) is perfection. Spring rolls are also delicious if you want something on the lighter side.

Very edgy just like San Marco. Get noodle dishs. Spring rolls are excellent (come in 3, not 2 like in the States). Vegan chocolate cake is excellent (I'm not a vegan:-)

Very friendly stuff even under a lot of orders, quality ingredients, well cooked, and the portion was very generous! The place is really beautiful and peaceful. I highly recommend it.

Pad Thai is one of the most filling meals in San Marcos. Recommend getting the tempeh and peanut sauce added. Service is pretty good too! And chill garden seating.

Loved El Buho and it became my favourite evening spot in San Marcos ! Their Pad Thai is otherworldly !!! They host live music and you can chill with a chai tea on cushions under a gorgeous setting. Literally made friends here after traveling solo <3

This was such a nice spot. The mats with the tables created such a great environment to be comfy and enjoy all the natural beauty. There is a lot of internal presence here as well cause it right by one of the Spanish schools. It seems like it would be a great place to meet people if you were hanging around in San Marcos for a few days. Also, I really liked the food here. Everything was very fresh.

Pad thai was the best I eva had (have only eaten it around the US and Europe, still have never been to Thailand). The noodles were different than others that I’ve had before and just amazing and the sauce and veggies were delicious. Tibetan momos were tasty too. Gorgeous covered outdoor seating area with comfy floor cushions.
