Good communication and easy to use. We needed a ride from Antigua and sorted it out with them via Whatsapp. Driver arrived early and was very professional and helpful. Highly recommend.

We booked a sunrise hike tour to the San Pedro Volcano through Maya Tulan Travel and absolutely loved it. We had the best time with Santiago who was a great guide. He gave us extensive information on the local cultures, geography as well as the ancient sites around the lake. Speaking Spanish helped connecting with him but he also speaks some English. We were picked up at 2:30am and started the hike around 3:00am, by 5:30am we were at the top and were greeted with the most amazing view over the lake and the surrounding volcanoes. We were the only group out there as most other agencies do the hikes during the day. Hiking up during the night plus hiking down during the day was a great experience as well. The price included a car transport from and to San Marcos, a little snack/coffee at the top + the entrance fee to the national park. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They are a scam and not worth it to save money for the hassle it gives. First of all, they lied that the van will pick up in San Marcos at 8:30am. At 8:40am someone came to ask us to bring our huge luggages and take a tuk tuk to San Pablo and wait for the van there. (They knew this but didn’t tell us knowing we would not use their service so if you stay in San Marco don’t use this service for airport or Antigua.). At San Pablo we were dropped at some corner waiting for a bus that took yet another 30 minutes. You have to hand your heavy luggages through windows in order to bring into the van (no back door). The driver was very rough and hit a bunch of people’s faces with luggages.

Then you arrive in Antigua after 4 hours and are dropped off at some travel agency corner to change vans. The van was 35 minutes late and they squeezed 12 passengers with international flights and international luggages into a small van. Several stops to pick up MORE people so that they had to force squeeze in the front with the driver, with luggages bound to the roof of the car. No one in the van was happy about this, because no one had leg room, or bag room, or breathing room. But by now there is no choice.
From San Marcos to the airport should take 4 hours directly, and cost around 600-700 Q for a private car and if you can split this with some other travelers it is less than what you spend for this hassle. We spent each 225 Q total 450Q.
Do not believe them when they say the car is coming to pick you up- the van does not enter San Marcos. And if you have many luggages/ bags, think about the journey of having to carry it on tuk tuk off tuk tuk, carry it through window, out the window, and into another van, etc etc. and spending 7 hours to get the airport instead of 4.

Airport is in Guatemala City btw, so this is a round about way.

This travel agency is dishonest, and disorganized. Save yourselves the headache and bad vibes.
