Great place in small village. Nice and fast service, good food, local people and local wine. Great restaurant to relax. Recommended!

Went with a friend to this local restaurant - what a find! The steak I had was absolutely lovely - medium rare - just the way I like it. Massive - took the rest home for my dogs. Food was great - so if you want local, lovely place to eat! This is definitely a place I will return to

Wildly underrated with "just" 4.5 stars. Absolute recommendation. Perfectly seasoned grilled meat and incredibly delicious desserts! Incredibly nice staff and very authentic ambience! I would come back from Germany just for this Food here!

A great place for simple yet very tasty traditional Alentejo food. We had the pork cheeks (Bochechas) and a stew with various parts of pork meet and chick peas (Cozida da grão). Nice decor, friendly staff.

Excellent arroz de cabidela. Large portions, friendly and fast service,reasonably priced. Easy to find the place. Parking space available.

We had a fabulous Alentejeno dinner tonight starting with pao e queijo and sopa de legumes. Then we had javali grelhada and frango e batatas followed a traditional sobremesa. Of course we downed a carafe of house wine and bantered with the owner. It was a delightful, muito Alentejano evening sitting by the fire surrounded by photos and artifacts.

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about this experience. I will definitely come back again.
