Road toll 43 Euro for Car. It was worth it.

Amazing drive to the peak and is a must visit for driving enthusiasts.

Full windy and too cold at top so better to wear very warm clothing.

Visited on 28th oct where only cars were allowed and it was closed from 1st November due to snow.

Some of the best views out there. I do recommend getting up early to view it, as it might get crowded, especially on weekends! Hope for a good weather and have a picnic at altitude!

Go to the top point have a great 360° panorama. In cloudless weather you can see all near peaks. Amazing! Free parking and WC.

Reaching the highest parking lot on Grossglockner by motorcycle after countless twists and turns on that perfect asphalt was an absolutely awe-inspiring experience. The beauty of the journey matched the majesty of the destination itself. The feeling of accomplishment and the breathtaking views from that vantage point made every winding mile worth it. It's a ride and a location that will stay etched in my memory forever, a true motorcyclist's dream come true!

If you want to enjoy the road, be early. 630-700 is just fine. Watch out for stationary speed cameras. One in Heiligenblut , the second by the lake, the third in Piffkar

The highest parking in entire Europe, a must see stop on the Grossglockner Hochalpenstraße, great place to take pictures. You can expect a high traffic on the way up and on the parking itself, but definitely worth it.

Absolutely perfect place to view lots of mountain tops. Strongly recommended for the bikers.

Fantastic viewpoint on the top of the Grossglockner High Alpine Road. The last 1,5 km of the road is rather narrow, cobbled, and can get very crowded in summer months. I strongly recommend parking down next to the main road and walking up the last 150 m. The views of the mountains all around are magnificent. There is also a small souvenir shop with a museum and a big mountain hut.

Wonderful peak with a great hütte at 2600 meters. It can be cold in a minute so prepare with a windproof coat in sunny weather as well.

The place, the view is just wonderful. For the food - well you have to order something, but do not expect some fancy dishes ... Or maybe, due to the height everything tastes really good. 😊 // I would like to congratulate some cyclers that have managed to arrive to this place, i.e. 2571 m ! Well done!

One of nicest place on earth , super nice for motorcycle trips . Wear warm clothing.
