Had agreat experience in bcf Warrawong My partner needed new sunnies and the had just what he needed in size. The store was well organised and clean and tidy, i cant help myself but browse whilst in there plenty of specials as you walk in and heaps of stock as per usual loads of tents and camping stuff at great prices They just need a little more snorkeling gear in my opinionstaff are great and parking out the front

Went in to have a look for a portable gas stove and Emma ( I'm sure that was her name ) was very helpful, had sound knowledge of the products, great customer service and advice. She discussed the differences between what we were looking at and didn't try to push us and buy the more expensive brands. If you have never shopped here I highly recommend that you do as you will not be disappointed keep up the great work 👍

Took my 8 year old son to buy his first beach rod. Jack who runs the fishing section was not only really helpful he was kind and had an excellent knowledge of fishing. Knew his products inside and out and even set our rig up for the first time. Thanks Jack!!

They have a good range of rods, lures and other fishing and boating stuff. I walked in for some lures and a rain jacket. They have a good collection and most of them were on sale. And, I got additional discount as I am a member. The staff were helpful and the service quality is excellent. Overall, my shopping experience here was very good.

Excellent customer service, staff want to help you. I came to BCF instead of going back to Anaconda Wollongong where I was treated poorly by the cashiers. I'll definitely be back to BCF for our water sports needs.

Good customer service, refunded broken gazebo quickly and without issue. One of the two gazebos I ordered arrived damaged.

Had the best customer service of any shop anywhere in my whole entire shopping experience EVER! I caught the shopping bug at 19yrs old I am now in my late 40's. I have shopped in Dj's, myers, harvey norman etc. But BCF Warrawong deserve to win THE BEST customer service ever in my whole shopping life!!!!!!!!! Thank you to the lady who help us with the camping chairs for my husband. AND THANK YOU TO BCF WITH THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYWHERE!!! I am extrememly impressed A+

I just had the BEST customer service experience here. I have been in the service industry for decades so I really mean this!!
Thank you so much Tara for all your help! I walked in 2 days before Easter long weekend seeking a tent that was on sale. They had just sold the last one but Tara didn't make me feel like a last minute silly billy (which i felt internally I really was) in any way. Not only did she call other stores for me and really made the reps there look for this tent, she then helped me pick out another similar, better tent, got the boss to agree to a bit of a discount and insisted someone carry the tent bag to my car for me. At least 4 people in the shop assisted in the tent investigation, ALL with smiles and genuine hope they could help me out. I get to go camping with my stepsons now for the first time in about 5 years, and I know we will be comfy in the tent bought. You guys are all rockstars, thank you so very much :-)
