Excellent products, selection, and resources. We have been jetting for a few years using tools available in the US and they just don’t hold a candle to your equipment. Your tools are lighter, better made, work faster, and even look a lot cooler. You have saved us so much hassle with just our first order. I got my items all the way to middle-of-nowhere Indiana in only a week, which is super impressive by itself. Thanks a lot.

You can not find the quality of nozzles these guy's put out no where near me!!!

When you get the best you forget the rest... that’s how I feel about The Jetters Edge. I first dealt with these guys in 2006 and recently purchased my third Jet Rodder. Their service and professionalism if above all else and they stock only top quality equipment. They continue to service our machines with an eye for detail and a quality service that can not be beaten.

We have been using Bill and the team for nearly 13 years now. We recently had a tricky job where we needed to remove 2.5m of concrete out of a pipe 6m downstream from inspection point. Bill took the time and showed me the jet heads in action and explained how they work. Also suggested the laser cutter head, this head was our saviour and is what got our job done! Combined with their warthog and reaper we ended up removing all the concrete and leaving our clients over the moon with us being super proud aswell. Especially when 4 other plumbers said it was "impossible" Thanks Bill and the team at Jetter's Edge!

Couldn’t be more happy with Daniel from the Jetters Edge, she recommended a flex shaft witch I was then able to clear two blocked drains and with the camera show my customers exactly what was going on and they where stoked on the job and transparency I was able to provide, highly recommended Daniel and the Jetters Edge party crew

I will be short with my words. The Jetters Edge is good quality, excellent customer service and they shipped it faster then other companies located in Usa. Same day purchased, the Jetters Edge arrived extremely fast , really happy, other company - still waiting and bad thinks is : they are 400 miles from my address.

I recently purchased a new pressure washer machine from Glenn at The Jetters Edge. His knowledge on all things pressure cleaning was second to none and he guided me to the perfect machine. Glenn even called me after my first job to see how i went and i was pleased to tell him it was absolutely spot on and i wish i had done it sooner. Great service!!! I turned up late morning to have a chat and they where great. They gave honest opinions on what was best suited for me, where not pushy or trying to up sell. And when I asked if it could happen today they did not hesitate. I returned that afternoon and they even stayed back after hours to get the job finished. Very happy with my new Kegjet.

Jetters Edge are the best company in Australia to buy a drain jetter, accessories or to have a jetter serviced. The staff are not only friendly but know their stuff when it comes to drain maintenance and tools, the mechanics are the best around and the guy that runs the show is super knowledgable and is always looking to improve the tools of the industry. Wouldn't shop anywhere else.
