Ordered a hamper for Father's Day and my Mother's Birthday a few days ago as we live in New Zealand and couldn't send anything to the Gold Coast during lockdown from here. Website was easy to navigate, in fact the whole process from selection through to payment was very simple and straightforward. Love the option of shipping to a different address. Easter hamper was beautiful and colourful and not only looked great with an inviting selection of chocolates but everything in it tasted sensational. Product is as their images on their website, so what you see is what you get.
Would have no hesitation in recommending these hampers for their quality, freshness, speedy delivery service and variety.

Exceptional service! My box was damaged in transit and once I notified Gourmet Basket via email they immediately replaced the damaged items, which were re-delivered the very next day. So easy to deal with! Will definitely order through them again.

We purchased a dozen hampers for our clients for Christmqs this year, but left the ordering a little late. Even so, the orders we're processed same day and our clients had their gifts the next day. I have ordered baskets so many times!! I have used maybe 15 places but Gourmet Basket is the absolute best! The quality of their hampers and the amazing service is exceptional. I remember once outing in the wrong suburb for my order which was a gift and I got a call in 30 mins from someone to make sure the address was correct. I would 100% recommend!
