Abby Rose Floral Boutique & Gifts

I ordered flowers online from Abby Rose a few weeks ago and their service was fantastic. They called me to confirm my order and asked my permission to use some different flowers which was totally fine with me. They were delivered in a timely fashion and my mom loved them. I also received a thank you email for ordering which was a really nice touch. I will definitely use them again should I require to order flowers in the Fergus area.

I've never changed my reviews but after having Mari Anne explain the situation, and going back on my laptop and checking the site I am changing my original review. Originally I was disappointed because I thought upgrading would add more flowers and greens to the bouquet. But it was the number of roses, not the extra fillers. Apologies for the confusion on my part. Great service and really appreciate Mari Anne taking the time to explain where I got confused! Glad I used this local florist.

I have both received, and sent flowers through Abby Rose Florist. In both cases I have been extremely happy with the beautiful arrangements, and the friendly knowledgeable assistance. I would definitely recommend Abby Rose to friends and family.

I had flowers/chocolates deliver to my daughter who lives in Fergus. Spoke with Maryanne on the phone , she was very friendly and understood exactly what I needed. They went above & beyond to make certain that it was delivered to her house the same day. Needless to say I was very impressed with the service and product that was received by my daughter.

How disappointing! I called from out of province to arrange a floral delivery and the customer service was really sub par. I ultimately cancelled my order because they couldn't guarantee what flowers would be put in my bouquet. Ridiculous!

Gave these florists a try today and spent $50 on a bouquet - when they were laid out flat on the counter they looked good when i got home to put them in a vase they weren't cut evenly they didn't sit in the vase in any kind of esthetic way - I'm beyond disappointed
