The building is always in excellent condition. I was struggling with the machines, but the man on the phone was so polite and friendly and took the time to walk me through it.

Great building! Went in for blood work at LifeLabs and got some things at the Pharmacy as well. Love the convenience! Looking to switch my family doctor to one in this building as well. Parking is very straight forward and easy to use (extremely simple instructions right on the pay station). Place looks great!

What a great facility. So wonderful to have a “one stop shop” in Fergus. I had a bit of a tour of the building and it was so nice to see/meet some of the staff. Very welcoming. I’m thrilled that my Dr chose to relocate here. A nice, big, bright well maintained building is a great change! So sad to see some people commenting on the paid parking and being so negative. It’s $3 people!! Get over it.

Cassandra in cardiac sonography was incredible. She was warm, personable, and very knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable during my procedure and I would recommend any friends or family who need an echo to go here.

Everyone in the building from the Doctors to the Pharmacist are such nice people. Building is well designed too.

My Doctor is in new building and so helpful when you have to have blood work done in same building!! When l go l just get off at entrance and walk in!! Driver picks me up at door when ready to go in & out

A building in FERGUS needs paid parking? Ridiculous. I am walking in every time just to spite you for now on. Came from Kitchener and none of my medical appointments need parking. Boo!

They charge for parking! You wouldn’t go there unless you needed some type of medical need. Absolute joke!

The paid parking and related payment machines are terrible.
Signage is misleading! The “ ticket” is in fact the slip you receive on entering. The slip you receive when you pay tells me to take ticket to the exit. The ticket should be labeled as such.
The instructions should be made clearer on the machine face.
I pushed the help button and the person who responded was anything but! Others were also having difficulty. For a business that has a clientele who might be older or other impediments this machine is confusing and not acceptable.
Please review this situation and come up with the necessary
Improvements to make visitors feel welcome and not stressed trying to figure how to use your confusing exit gates.
Apparently you have 15 minutes free. I was over this time with what I spent paging for help and trying to help and work with other trapped customers. It’s not the money it’s the principle I resent!
Trailside medical I feel owes me the $3.

I had to go for blood tests and I had an appointment. Altogether I was there for about 10 minutes so I was happy not to have to pay for parking as the first 15 minutes is free. However, there were two people ahead of me in the lineup to pay for parking. They seemed to be having difficulty figuring out how to pay. By the time my turn came it showed that I had been there for 16 minutes and so had to pay the $3.00. For the person who posted that they can't believe people are complaining about paying for parking (it's only $3), when you are a senior on a pension and have health issues that require regular medications and blood tests, these seemingly small amounts add up to quite a bit over the month. Then add in the cost of incontinence pads, reactine ( to control the constant itching, possibly a side effect of heart medications) etc. $3 for parking for a two minute blood test is a lot. The remaining 13 minutes was spent walking from the parking lot (if I was younger and healthier I would run), answering questions about covid and waiting in line to pay.

Nice new building. PAID PARKING! WHAT! So, people need to go and been seen because their doctor moved, (not the patient's choice,) or there is a specialist that they need to see because of poor or deteriorating health, but to do so you need to pay for parking; unless you need a prescription, or spend 10.00 at Pharmasave! WOW! that's a little like racketeering?

"I'll impound your car un-well person, unless you give me money".

I'm unsure of the process of parking; if/or Pharmasave is just paying the 3.00 parking fee by obtaining your business for 10.00 or more a visit...? but whatever Corporation/Developer is charging sick people for parking is low. Like bottom of the barrel.

These bandits charge PARKING to visit the site! Suggest you find another place to do business or visit merchants providing those services. NOBODY in Fergus charges for parking. These guys are the first. SHAME on Quincy Development!

Paid parking for medical services is a disgrace! Major hospitals do this as well and the rates border on criminal. This practice should be banned by the provincial government.

Pretty disgraceful to charge for parking at a place of business that services people experiencing issues with their health.
