Had a small issue at the store.
Spoke to Store Manager Mark Birse who resolved the matter in a very polite and professional manner.
I am a Fresco shopper weekly since they opened in Fergus.

It has been a pleasant shopping experience here so far, with the exception of a couple of instances where certain products were overcharged assuming it was a different variety/type, but this was resolved by the store supervisor/manager. The store has limited cashiers, so it would be nice if there were self-checkout registers available at all times.

This FreshCo has everything I need for a reasonable price. It is clean and organized. The staff are helpful and friendly. Best place to shop for groceries in town.

My wife and I have always had a great experience shopping here and enjoyed the calm environment. The shelves are always neat and tidy and staff very friendly. The cashiers never rushed us to pack our bags so that they could process the next customer's items. The washrooms are always clean and are made accessible for people with disabilities. Parking lot is great, too. Lots of space available. A lovely store!

Great place to shop, a lot cheaper than Zehrs. Always fresh products and produce. Owner and staff are friendly and helpful.
Being exempt from mask, I NEVER had any issue at this store. That means a lot to me!! I do all my shopping here for that reason.

Excellent store. Not only are the prices reasonable, but the staff is very friendly and kind. I had lost my gold bracelet in the store a day before, and was looking for it everywhere. I called the store a day later and they told me they found it on the floor and gave it back to me! Unbelievable that no one took it and stole it! Thank you!

Seems like every time I walk in the store there's deals to be had all over the place and their products are fresh and nicely stocked. Anything from fruits to breads and meats. If you're in the area and need to pick up some things do yourself a favour and stop in. You won't be disappointed.

Everything on sale was still available on the shelves after a Saturday which was nice. They are always restocking shelves. I really like the new store. If I had 1 complaint, it's the checkouts are a little tight for the carts. Seriously, that is the only complaint I have about the store. A+++.

Great store. The new location is impressive. Bright, very clean , a lot of supplies, good prices. The employees are very friendly and helpful. We love to shop there.

Great selection of products. Staff are great and the owner takes time to greet customers even when he is busy working on the floor. Very clean environment, nice to see in the food/grocery business.

Of all the FreshCo stores I've visited, this by far is my favourite! This place is so well maintained, you don't feel like you are in a discount grocery store. All the produce is top quality, and the store is well stocked and kept very clean...not to mention the great deals.

Great big freshco. Lots of selection and big isles. You can buy beer and wine here as well, so awesome. I go here every so often when I want stuff that I can't get at Walmart.

We love Freshco. Great variety including international foods all at great prices. A well organized customer flow to combat covid and extra early senior only time for enhanced safety. Great job, thanks.

God Bless this store for serving beer and liquor til 10pm!!! I’m an essential worker and couldn’t find time through out my busy Saturday to make it anywhere else! I will be coming back for sure!

Excellent choice of produce, wine and ethnic foods. Absolutely better than the other one!

I really love this grocery store. Great fresh produce and has interesting selection of dry goods as well as beer and wine. Love the ciders and radlers they get in.
