Wow! I can’t express enough gratitude to Eric and WaterView Plumbing. We’ve had Eric out a couple of times now, first to install a sump pump and most recently to replace an old, leaky cast iron pipe and deal with what we thought was a mainline backup. Eric was amazing when he came to our home a few weeks back.
He responded quickly, a few hours after we called him as our Sump Pump was overheating badly.
Eric found that the previous plumber had not supported the sump pump piping properly and the pump was unable to move, potentially which could have caused a fire.
Eric also found and corrected some other errors made by previous plumbers.

We had Eric in to replace a toilet, add a water softener, and replace our main plumbing stack and add vents in our older home. Eric is the GOAT (greatest of all time). He was super professional and super experienced. It took him a while to diagnosis what was the reason for the leakage in my ceiling. However , he was very thorough when explaining what was going on. He fixed the leakage in my roof and the clogged toilet in the unit above. We’ll definitely be calling Eric for our future plumbing needs.

Eric had his hands full with this job. It was nightmare of a job to tackle on a holiday weekend. I like to give credit where credit is due. God bless him. He answered his phone. He got to me within the time frame that he promised. He got right down and started to work right away. He soon discovered that this wasn't your average clogged kitchen sink. He traced the pipes and after some diligent work in the basement, he assessed and discussed the plan with me and came when he said he would the next day. It was an arduous and messy task. Explosive at times. But Eric got to the root of the problem, fixed it and made suggestions for what preventative methods to employ to fend off this happening again. As well as how and where to attack the problem if it does ever rear its ugly head again.
I would recommend Eric and WarerView plumbing for his experience, work ethic, commitment, honesty and dedication to the completion of the task. His prices are fairly competitive within the industry. I knew it was going to be an expensive project. But it was a job that had to be done. Problem solved, thanks to Eric.

We are long-time customers of Eric's having followed him from his previous employer to his current place business which is owns. We have used him for a shower repair previously with excellent results. His recent work was replacing an old outdoor faucet. Eric came to our house on short notice to replace our kitchen sink faucet that was leaking. He offered to purchase a replacement on his way based on our requirements and it turned out to be a great addition to our kitchen. He was very punctual, knowledgeable and even helped to replace an O ring on our pool chlorinator. Saved us so much time and money. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.

We called Waterview to help us set up the plumbing for a new washer/dryer set as there needed to be some new taps installed and a box built around it.

Eric is amazing! He helped us address issues with our builder installed sump pump, recommended a replacement and installed it for us. Problem solved!
