I had an excellent experience with Melita Autos. I was traveling from Mississauga to Fergus when my Nissan Sentra’s engine light came on and it went into limp mode. Fortunately, I found Melita Autos nearby. I explained my situation, and they helped me out right away. They performed a basic diagnosis and got me back on the road without charging me a cent. Kudos to all the people who work there! Thank you for your help.

Because I was looking for a specific year and engine size for my next car, I had to buy a car sight unseen. I was impressed with Jennifer’s helpfulness with all my questions during the buying process. She made the long distance purchase simple and straightforward and had my car all ready to go when my brother came to pick it up. I am very happy with my new car.

Wonderful staff. Very trustworthy and honest. After buying my truck a couple of issues arose, they were looked after right away. Dave and Peter went above and beyond. I would definately come back here in the future.

Melita had a great deal on a Subaru Legacy GT that i was looking for. Jenn made is so easy for me that i bought it over the phone on my lunch break! Very pleasant to deal with and took care of everything for me. Had the car ready for me to pick up and everything was all in order for me to sign and go. Best used car buying experience.

Recently purchased a vehicle from melita found a couple issues with vehicle brought in spoke with the friendly professional staff ...not only did were they able to correct in few hrs but they also did at no charge, very happy with the way melita handled my situation thanks again to the amazing staff at melita auto!!!!!

So I purchased my car from Melita a few months ago and was very happy with the service, friendliness and overall directness of Dave and the staff. I had been seeking a car for a while and the bulk of the cars I had been seeing were out of town and in some cases made appt to see them but that car would sell the day before my appt or even the day of the appt. When I contacted Melita and told I was coming in from out of town and could not view the car for another 3 days, Jennifer suggested I could put down a refundable deposit to hold the car, until I had a chance to see it..NO other dealer offered or even suggested this as a possibility, that alone made me want to deal with Melita and upon seeing the car, went ahead with the purchase. I did not feel pressured and I felt I was treated with respect, something not all businesses do unfortunately. I recommend Melita as a great choice if seeking a used car.

I have been taking my 2010 Subaru to Melita for repair and maintenance for many years. I appreciate all the times they have proposed economical fixes over more expensive replacements (ex. greasing belts instead of replacing them). Jen is extremely personable and never presumptuous about what the client opts to have done. Peter has always been super friendly and their prices seem very reasonable. Two thumbs UP!
