We held a private party for my wife’s significant birthday and had 55 people. Everyone agreed that it was terrific. Sarina and her team were outstanding. Experienced, welcoming, totally focused on our happiness. Food was great too.

Wonderful place for a beverage (or two) and some light fare! Great service and will go back for the Corky Smoked Old Fashioned and the Loaded Mashed Potato Bombs again and again!!!

I went to Corked on a Thursday night. They have live music on Thursdays after 7pm and on weekends after 9pm. The music was soothing and mellow...it really added to the quaint and rustic charm! For drinks, we had the Strawberry Fields and the Gibby Smoked Old Fashioned. I kept stealing sips of the Gibby Smoked Old Fashioned...it was the perfect combination of aroma, sweet, and a little bit of heat/spice. To make it, the waitress had the glass over burning/smoking cedars then added the brown sugar maple syrup and bourbon over the ice ball. I would order that drink again and again! We also had the tacos and the loaded mashed potato bombs--both had perfect flavor and texture! The waitresses were courteous and prompt; very friendly. There are tons of seating options as well!

My gf and I stopped in on a Wednesday night, which happened to also be 1/2 price wine bottle night.
Rose our server was excellent, gave us a sample of two wines we were debating before we chose our bottle for the night.
She was an excellent server, chatted to us for a while, talked about their old fashioned bourbon (which I tried and must say, was an excellent experience).
We didn’t eat any food, but we did see some apps go past us and I must admit, they looked amazing and smelled even better.
All in all, a great night out, tried a new wine we never tried before and loved it, great company!
We will go back for sure!!

Great place! Good music playing. Special tonight was tacos. I ordered pulled pork and hoisin duck tacos. Both great, but the pulled pork was really excellent.

Also ordered the old fashioned which was nice and smoky...maybe not for everyone but great effort was put in to make a great cocktail.

Also, to whoever said the place was cold, it’s currently below -10 out and I’m toasty warm :). They’ve added heaters and a curtain around the door which I think has resolved the issue.

I stop in every so often, and am always greeted warmly and well served by the friendly and attentive staff. This place is one worth spending a comfortable evening and/or date night in. It has a nice, classy, modern aesthetic and equally nice food and drink options. Speaking of which, get the fries. Their fries are awesome.

When my dear old friends from Toronto's Queen Street scene drop by my new Georgetown home I always bring them to Uncorked on Main for entertainment and excitement. The bare brick décor compliments every beverage that mixologist Hannah prepares with patience and detail while the live music swirls around the room in quadraphonic bliss. I've heard they have food too! Here's lookin' up your address ... Skål!

The Fig and Prosciutto naan bread pizza was amazing.. We got a new waiter and he was awesome.. Other than the fact he ordered the cheese stick instead of the Chorizo with avocado dip and something else....The vibe was awesome, all the staff including the bartender was friendly and helpful.. Wine selection and local beer options are plentiful.. Oooo, i forgot about the entertainment.. he was amazing, playing acoustic guitar and singing all the best joints.. i would definitely recommend this place...

This is an amazing gem of a bar/restaurant. Interesting delicious unique menu. Fabulous drinks. Special cocktails, quick service. Bar tender is fun and knows her drinks. Food came out hot and fast. Definitely a place you'll want to frequent!

I am a fixture in this place and I can say with 110% certainty that the owners are kind and gentle people who never threaten their staff. The staff operates as a family, and I have known the owners to even offer to bring food when staff is home sick. The restaurant and their staff have received numerous theats and bogus reviews to try and undermine them for having such events as drag shows and being all inclusive etc.... Mistreating staff and creating an unsafe atmosphere are not tolerated and they have received flack for this. All I can say is take any review for any business with a grain of salt, people lie for a variety of motives. If you are wondering what the restaurant is really like come enjoy a night out and give it a try! Half price wine bottles on Wednesdays and live music Fri and Sat ❤

This is such a special spot in downtown Georgetown. Perfect for date nights/girls nights. The staff are attentive and professional, the cocktails are fab and the atmosphere is upscale and chic. Also, LOVE the addition of the almost monthly drag shows and drag bingo. The most fun EVER! Keep up the great work, Uncorked!!!

Went to UNCORKED for a Drag Bingo night. Had a blast! The atmosphere in this place was amazing. All true positivity. Wait staff was wonderful and attentive and their food was delicious The manager seemed like an absolute angel. Will definitely return especially for the Drag Bingo evenings. So enjoyable!

Lovely place to both visit, and work! Owners are a delightful, professional couple that make you feel welcomed and valued. They host like it's their home, which makes for a personable dining experience. Live music every Friday and Saturday! Lovely selection of artists, and really nice groups of people tend to frequent this spot.
The brick wall adds a unique charm and creates an appealing aesthetic :)

Had such a fun night out here with a bunch of laddies. Went to one of their event nights and what a wonderful time we had ! Staff made us all feel like family. Additional notes; drinks were tasty and well made, food was delicious, owner was nice, bartender was awesome , easily accessible parking and pricing was affordable!

The staff was excellent. The food was good but the servings are small (tapas) yet the price is higher. The atmosphere is great and there is a bar to sit at and also an area with lounge chairs to sit and socialize.
We were sitting at a normal dining table so that is another option. Definitely a place to sit, hang out and have a drink and snacks

Jag and Sarina are so sweet and amazing. We had our engagement party last night at the bar and everyone left full and happy! Atmosphere is great, servers are so nice and food is amazing! Definitely had some friends ask about having their own future private events there :)

This restaurant is such a wonderful place in town. The owners treat everyone as their own family, whether you’re a regular, employee or it’s your first visit. Jag and Sarina go above and beyond with sometimes very little in return. Over the course of the last few months this restaurant has been targeted with hateful comments and harassment to their staff. Not once has jag or Sarina handled these stressful moments with anything but professionalism and utter grace. As someone who has been on the receiving end of those ridiculous phone calls it’s disgusting to see such amazing people receiving such hatred. Whether you don’t support the fact they host monthly drag shows or that their skin colour doesn’t fit into the Georgetown narrative, we’re sorry that you choose to live your life with a clouded lens.

I personally am so thankful to have met Jag and Sarina while also having a spot in town that is so inclusive and offers an outstanding menu with options for everyone

Amazing staff, friendly front of house and fast kitchen staff, food and drinks are always amazing. So many fun events take place here. 10/10 would recommend for a date night or girls night!

Amazing first time at Uncorked On Main! Excellent food, warm and welcoming staff and great atmosphere. Our server Elizabeth was absolutely incredible! She was so personable and accommodating...went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed everything. Will definitely be back !

Delightful atmosphere, reasonable prices and some very creative and unique cocktails. Try the old fashioned... Exceptional!
