Georgetown Pharmacy Compounding Specialists

My son has a medication that no one else in town could make and they quickly sourced everything and the communication with their updates was timely and awesome. Since then, they have always filled the prescriptions quickly, kept the ingredients on hand to ensure they can always provide the medication for my son and the staff is always so friendly and welcoming. I didn’t know about them before this but cannot say enough good things and would never hesitate to use them or recommend them!

Since I changed to Georgetown Pharmacy from the one across the street I’ve been so much more relaxed about my pills being made up on time and they fax my doctor right away if I need repeats. I’m on 11 different medications and am no longer anxious about getting my pills on time. Such friendly people there and much more professional. If I could give it more stars I would !!!

Wonderful customer service, they were so patient and made sure that everything I needed to know, I knew! I had a three year old with me that kept distracting me.
They offered to call me or email me when things were ready so that I could take my children out for lunch.
I just couldn’t say nicer things, they were so great to us!

This pharmacy is in a easy, quiet to get to location downtown. Love the staff, very attentive and helpful. I started coming here to get our family vaccines, and had such caring service I am switching over to this pharmacy. Highly recommend! Added Bonus ... Sugar shack desserts is next door !

I was referred to these people by my vet. To be honest, I could not get over the turnaround time. When I arrived to pick up my dogs antibiotic, they stopped what they were doing to prepare the product and the wait time was negligible. It doesn't hurt to have attractive service representatives / owners. It makes that couple minute wait time well worth it. I am a small business owner and I instantly recognise other small business owners that really care about the customer and not the bottom line. These are those people.

He is highly responsive to patients' requests and goes out of his way to do whatever it takes to make everyone's lives easier. I was very impressed with the care and service from the staff at Georgetown Pharmacy when looking to book my booster vaccine. They got back to me quickly and were very kind and friendly. For my actual appointment, they were organized and efficient. It is important to remember that pharmacies are working on overdrive right now and are on the front lines for services during these wild times. Me and my family had an amazing experience at Georgetown Pharmacy. I’ve come to this pharmacy 2x for each covid vaccine. I am typically afraid of needles but the staff made me feel very comfortable. It was a quick and easy process so if you are looking for good and timely service, this is a great pharmacy!

I've used this pharmacy a few times for my daughter, she needed a special prescription cream that needed to be made at a compounding pharmacy. Both times, I had a great experience! The staff are very kind and the pharmacist really took the time to explain about the prescription.

My most recent experience is one that will stick with me as I experienced such great customer service that went above and beyond. My daughter, 2 years old, was experiencing a painful rash and needed her prescription cream ASAP. They had all but 1 ingredient to make the cream and wouldn't be available for a few days as it needed to be ordered. Since my daughter was in such discomfort, they reached out to another local pharmacy to see if they had the ingredient, as they didnt want us to wait. Luckily the other pharmacy had some, so they went over to buy it and made the cream that same day! I was very touched by their compassion for my daughter and helping her to feel better as soon as possible.

The staff at the pharmacy are always super helpful when filling my daughter’s prescriptions. They go out of their way to ensure that we have a good experience from the time we order the prescriptions until the time we pick them up. Thank you for the small town care and personal touch!

Our family recently switched to Georgetown Pharmacy from another chain corporation pharmacy and wow, we are impressed. This pharmacy makes you feel like family! The staff are not only knowledgeable and time efficient with their prescription filling, they are so down to earth, friendly and would go out of their way to make their customers happy.
Recently, my child needed a certain antibiotic and we were told from the doctor that it has been on back order for a while so the pharmacies in town would most likely not have it. Sure enough no pharmacy had it but I was not disappointed by Georgetown Pharmacy because it was no problem for them to compound the antibiotic and prepare it in a tasty flavour for my child. All I can say is they are AMAZING!!
