I had my hearing test in 2015 and purchased my hearing aids shortly after. I have had them for about 1 1/2 years and am quite pleased with them. The customer service has been excellent, and the audiologists seem to be knowledgeable. They have had a far turnover in staff over the past year and a half but all have been good to work with.
overall, I am very pleased.

I had a great experience with the Crew at this location. They're super friendly and helpful. They love children, i brought my wife and daughter for a fitting and it was a blast. Shirley is very knowledgeable and found me a BTE with blue tooth for a reasonable price. I have benefits with the ontario benefits when all was said and done i only paid 75 or of pocket. Be open and honest about your budget and I'm sure they'll accommodate you if possible. Definitely worth visiting before settling for the barebones cheapest offer. The service may be worth the extra couple of bucks! Thanks for a great experience.

I had a very good experience with Shirley Monk at the Northfield office.
I too had Resound hearing aids but they were 5 yrs. old and the new Bernafon's are clearer and have additional accessories that are very helpful. Shirley knows her stuff and these started off as a month trial and then I purchased them. And they also have a dehumidifier chamber container. Looking forward to the next 3 yr. service plan

I was quite happy with the experience I had with them, however, I had ReSound hearing aids prior. They were far superior and programming was much better than the pair I got from ListenUp. Think when these give up, will look for another ReSound dealer in the area.

Dissappointing customer experience. They quoted me a price to program my hearing aids and doubled it when I arrived. Did not know if they had the programming cable and made no effort to find out. Would not give me a copy of my audio gram, a requirement , then after looking in my ears they could not do the hearing test because of wax in the ear and could not clean them. I was at my Dr two weeks ago and they checked my ears.

Phoned a competitor, they called Resound and found a cable, they clean ears for $ 10.00, they provide a copy on my exam and charge half of what Listenup does for programming! Where would you go?

I had an appointment with them which I confirmed on-line 2 days ago. I showed up on time. Waited patiently outside as the sign on the door says to do so. Nobody ever came. I even called. I lost 4 hours of work. Splendid! Ok, I guess mistakes happen. BUT the Hearing Life in Guelph did the same thing to me. I do not recommend Hearing Life as a business unless you have time and money for their missed appointments. What a waste! I guess only their time is valuable, and not mine!
