Walmart Supercentre

Contactless pick up is wonderful. We were relying on others to bring us groceries, due to a high risk child, but now can order them online and pick up completely safely the next day. It means we don't have to burden our friends and family as often and it's a huge help. Every time I have gone in, the staff answering the phone and bringing the order out are friendly, helpful, and ensure no contact. A fantastic service.

I usually find Wal-Mart to be poorly staffed and not very helpful but today was a good day. I was shopping with my 91 yr old mother. I unfortunately don't have last names but in the Truro, NS location Daniel overheard our conversation and stopped his task to see if he could help us find what we were looking for. Unfortunately they didn't have it but he was very polite and even recommended where we could try. Next in the lineup I was looking for antacid. I asked Barbie and she explained it was at the other end of the store. I explained I could get there quickly but she didn't want me to leave my mom alone and brought me 3 options. Both these staff deserve recognition for going above and beyond. Working retail is a thankless job and not very rewarding so good reviews go a long way. Even the cashier and greeter were lovely, smiling, and polite. Thank you.

Maddy was what you would expect to encounter when dealing with associates. but seldom is the case unfortunately, today I called and was transferred to Maddy which patiently listened and spoke clearly and knowledgeable about Walmart items. She took the time to help me, even when the store was chaotic and short staffed all the while with a friendly attitude. Thank you Maddy for one of the greater experiences at Walmart. She is a asset to Walmart and the team of management. Maddy, if there was 5 more stars you would have got them in my books.

Cannot say enough about the helpful, patient and friendly service from in-store shopping, the Service Desk and even the Photo Dept. A very pleasant experience today. Must be top down from Management...so high five to the Manager.

Thanks to the young lady at the desk (i believe it was Heidi) for accompanying me find the item in the floor. I was with my husband (who has low patience when it comes to directions). It was quite a busy day. I was trying to find a freezer but unfortunately the one that I like is available online (she explained to me the Walmart.ca and how it works) and she checked using like a bulky phone and offered me what’s available in store. She even walked with me and find it. My husband&I needed it that day so we bought it and paid at the desk. Would come back for Rewards dollars mastercard (she’s explaining the benefits) sometime as we were in a hurry that day, sorry darling,Thanks again!

Needed to return an item, process was quick and easy. One of the managers went above and beyond in tracking down items for me and 2 other customers that weren't on the sales floor in the short time I was there.

Very good choice of items , I even found something that I love to eat which I haven't seen in years . Very clean place . Very friendly and helpful staff . Very amazed by every thing .

Always have received best and warm service. I believe the true quality of customer service shows itself NOT when there's no problem but actually when there's one and it's solved efficiently. This, I feel confident with Walmart.

Walmart is great!!!! They have everything and it’s reasonably priced! Also a lot of there great value stuff is awesome. I really like there great value Swiss choclate bars and there great value Pringle’s knock off chips (just to name a few things) and through all of this covid craziness they were one of the few places that consistently had wipes and alcohol gel and didn’t charge a fortune.

Good place to shop. Bright and uncluttered isles. Prices are reasonable. Lots of help at the self serve should you have problems.

Very pleasant and nice. They have expanded there food isles and have more stuff on there shelves. Staff is very friendly and pleasant.

Staff greeted me, were helpful when I asked questions, service was as Walmart execs would like it to be. Great experience.

Clean store, great service in all departments and fast cashier's that make sure you remember all your purchases before you leave. Couldn't ask for better! :)

Good place for grocery . You can buy Indian grocery too. No need bill if you want to return or exchange anything in limited time according to the item that you bought.

The staff and clients are some of the sexiest people on the granite planet. They tend to linger in the doorway causing congestion but they will move if prodded.

Great store with everything you would need under one roof, but plagued by staff in electronics that know nothing about their department. Also speedy 1-10 item checkouts

Nice helpful staff when you ask for something and a greeter at the door is nice
