At the 1000 Islands Tower, I had a blast! The views are astounding from the top; you can see the Thousand Islands in all directions. The elevator ride up was quick and simple, and the staff was quite nice. If you're nearby, you really should see it. Really loved the gorgeous surroundings and the sense of peace. Ticket for adult is $18 and under 12 is $9.

Great top notch view and the weather was cloudy and windy as we always like. Can see both Canada and US side islands too. Clear view of Boldt Castle. Worth trying. Must go at least once.

This is one of the most underrated gem in 1000 Islands! People generally usually do only the ferry and go! This is a beautiful tower which is very near to the Ferry Spot which comes after crossing the beautiful beach! The staff is very knowledgeable and co-operative at the top of the tower who explains the relevance of this tower, US border etc. In detail! Must visit if you are going to 1000 Islands!

Had a great time at the 1000 Islands Tower! The views from the top are incredible - you can see all around the Thousand Islands and it’s just breathtaking. The staff were super friendly and the elevator ride up was quick and easy. It’s a must-see if you’re in the area. Really enjoyed the peaceful vibe and the stunning scenery. Would definitely recommend a visit!

Great view of the surrounding area. Worth the admission I think. Guide at the top was knowledgeable and friendly. Lots of documentation about the area at the top as well.
Top is showing its age, but doesn’t affect the view.
Try to visit on a sunny day.

First time visiting this area and the 1000 Island Observation Tower. The 360 view is incredible. We did get to the place and bougth our tickets there, it wasn"t crowd it so we were able to enjoy the place and the view. There os an elevator that run every 10 minutes yo take you yo the top and viceversa. The people that work there are very helpful and friendly.
The exit to the 1000 Island Observation Tower is the same exit to take the Bridge to go to USA, don't worry you will remain in Canada. There is a Toll Booth also that you can use your toll pass or paid by card or cash.

The best viewpoint to view the whole 1000 Islands view from that height... The staff were really patient and friendly to accommodate us even though we went in the last minute. I was the last customer to them for this season of 2023 😉. The tower is located after a toll booth (C$4.75 US$3.25) which is still a Canadian ground so no need to worry about border crossing. I waited until fall to have this view of 1000 islands fall foliage and the wait was really worthy. The tower had 3 levels one closed level 2nd open level and the 3rd is the top most open level where there is no cover even. You will be totally on top of the tower to have this beautiful 360 degree view of the 1000 Islands. The only problem is that they close by 4 pm otherwise it's definitely worth the visit. Highly recommend if you are visiting 1000 island anytime...

Definitely worth the stop when driving for instance from Ottawa to Toronto. Beautiful view over the 1000 islands region. Entry fee is very correct and staff super friendly. This place could definitely use some (governmental) financial support to ensure that remains a tourist attraction for many years to come. Highly recommended visit!

The 1000 Islands Tower is a very tall lookout tower on the Canada (Ontario) side that looks out at all the the surrounding islands on both sides of the border. It really is a beautiful sight to see!! Depending on the season, you might see a huge variety of wildlife, or clear blue skies with beautiful lines of sight into the nearby islands and forests, or your might see the fall foliage! Unfortunately, they are closed in the winter (I believe from November till late April).

There is only 1 way up and down and that's through their elevator (approx. $20 CAD per person). The stairs are only for emergency evacuation.

Once you get to the top, you'll have plenty to learn and see! There are 3 levels up top, each accessible by stairs (after you exit the elevator). Each level has a few placards for you to read and learn while looking out into the beautiful landscape. For example, there are technically 997 islands in the region but 1000 is just more convenient and impressive to say.

Entry tickets are available for purchase at the gift shop. Plenty of parking available in front.

Good views of the thousand islands. Especially on a clear sunny day. It’s not too expensive. Comes up to $20 per person including tax. They don’t accept tap, so carry cash or physical card to be inserted into the machine for payment.

Jolene will be waiting at the top of the tower to give you some GK on the history of the islands.

If you like to see the 1000 islands area from 130 meter height, don't miss this tower. It's on hill island on road the bridge to USA (Hwy 137). A short 40 second elevator to the top. 3 viewing decks. Each giving you wonderful views. Wheelchair access. A gift shop, friendly staff. It's open from 10am to 4pm. Highly recommend.

One of those spots where you can see things much higher the ground.

One of those places where you can see the Canadian border and US border forces @ work with lot of vehicles coming and going out of Canada and United States.

View is simply majestic from the top. There are 3 levels i would recommend all levels - comes at no extra cost.

Stairs are not meant for regular use - only emergencies

**Should be your last spot on this road, do not go beyond this point as next is US border and it can be trouble if you are casually driving there. watch out people !!

Great place to visit for a 360 view of the thousand islands. Staff was very friendly. They have a gift shop as well and parking is free. Tickets are reasonable. They take you to first level via elevator and for other two levels you can take stairs. Safe for kids as top level’s walls are higher.

A must visit spot when you visit 1000 Islands. Spectacular view from the top of the tower. Just nature at its best. The person at the top provides you with splendid information about history and even points you to places explaining them in detail, he also suggested us to take a different route instead of highway for our next destination(railway tunnel) it was worth taking that route. When you come down and see the tower from land(standing nearby to the tower )you will feel like it’s going to fall on you(illusion). Totally an amazing experience at Thousand Island Tower. I think the ticket was around $20 per person also you have to pay $4 to cross the bridge to visit the tower.

Great view from the top! Free parking but you have to pay $4 to across the Thousand Island Bridge. Worth going to explore at any time of the year, although they significantly shrinks opening hours due to COVID-19. Please refer to their website for details.
