Hucks Marine & Resort

We are a 42ft sailboat and we draw 5ft. Huck’s marina was so helpful. While there was a wait at the gas dock for diesel and a pump out they kept us in the loop the whole time which ensured we could go get a nice ice coffee and dump our garbage. Thanks to the gas dock staff!

long story short.
following bad luck in the middle of a storm, at 7.30pm we had to dock at one of the docks of the hucks marina in rockport. of course had closed, but the kindness of two captains (Ron and Pierre) on the site, allowed us to regularize our situation for the night, which comforted us, following our misadventure in the middle of a storm on the river .
the next day we were treated to a warm welcome from Angela to facilitate our exit from our boat, with the help of Steve, a very friendly man.
We are extremely grateful for this welcome and recommend Hucks Marina.

Ran our seadoos without coolant. It was iffy that one would work again (it was making a screaming noise), the other was just overheating. Our fault for not getting them checked before we put them in the lake (excited to be on the water). Well a star mechanic whose name I don’t know but I believe started with a T worked some serious magic and voila we have two working seadoos. So grateful. Sorry they are loosing the Seadoo line (a big loss for SeaDoo) as they are no longer being allowed to sell or service.

Such a huge help when we broke down on the river. Friendly and helpful. Great docks and amenities.

Right from HR to the Director of operations that I had contact with and eventually my supervisor that I reported to . The theme of do your best was always emphasized and it resulted in 100% Customer service. They strive to be the best and they are the beat yup 👌

Amazing facilities, gym is well equipped, food service is perfectly adequate for the boating community.

Outstanding purchase experience from beginning to end. I bought my first boat 25 years ago from Scott and my wife and I just took delivery of a new boat for our family yesterday. In between there have been a few others. We can tell the entire team is working towards the same goals with aligned values. Everyone we came in contact with was helpful, worked towards finding solutions to a couple of weirdo requests, professional and friendly. It felt more like a collaboration than a purchase. A lot of work internally has been done to make it appear easy. It's not.
The extensive facilities investment demonstrates a major commitment to boating in the 1000 Islands along with employee and customer experience. Supremely well done.

Recently experienced some problems with any Mercury engine. I contact the marina while on the water over a weekend and was able to nurse the boat to the marina and a service tech met me on the dock. The issue was quickly Identified as a faulty sensor and remediated, allowing me to get back on the water. Very knowledgeable and response service team.

Our first boat buying experience was wonderful! From our initial contact with Hucks Marine to the boat delivery, Blaze + team was there to answer all our questions and made sure our first boat would fit our lifestyle needs. A real class act! Highly recommend!

Was there twice this past weekend for gas and both times was greeted promptly by 2 friendly members of their staff at the docks. Saturday afternoon shift made me feel extra special by calling me a legend when I came in backwards with a rented houseboat at the pumps. That was awesome for my ego. I made sure my wife and everyone on board heard that! Lol
Sunday afternoon staff were also very friendly and the young gentleman went out of his way to find me some sugar, which I believe came from their lunch room or something. I would of had a cranky wife come Monday morning with no sugar in her coffee. These young staffers were very polite, friendly and helpful. I wish I had cash on me at the time to tip them. Thanks for your smiles and excellent service!

The marina is amazing. People are always very helpful. The cafe is only open from Thursday to Monday but it's delicious. Got a cappuccino very tasty.

Great location in the heart of the 1000 Islands, have kept my boat here for 10 years now. Friendly, professional and approachable staff. Open for business as advertised which helps when fueling and pump outs. Keep up the great work!

This marina is spectacular. Amazing layout. Looks new. Great gym, workout facilities. Steam, dry Sauna. Cafe, Garage, and more. Extremely impressed with the installation and staff.

Doug (and the Service dept) was great. Provided help over the phone and when we couldn't get it going on our own, turned around our repair so that we could get on with our vacation. Service is what will bring me back to Hucks!

Beautiful place to park your boat. Outstanding facilities which include: bbq's, seating area galore, pool, washrooms, bar, purchasing area for boats, and a beautiful view and area. Couldn't recommend it enough.
