Starbucks

So refreshing to sit down for awhile in this Starbucks after a long hard day of work. Tried out a competing coffee shop in town yesterday and the difference is night and day. Thankful for a clean, bright, modern restaurant with food drink choices and super friendly staff. Even the washroom was sparkly (well reasonably .... it's a public washroom after all) and clean and dry ... with nice modern Dyson airblades installed. Both indoor and outdoor seating is available, though it's alongside a busy highway. This Starbucks operates a 'give a book, take a book's stand too which is a nice bonus. Worth every penny to relax here ... experience counts at least as much as the coffee. Kudos.

Clean store with lots of seating. Friendly and efficient staff that make sure your order is perfect. Community table, lots of light, charging ports available. Also has a ‘take a book,leave a book’ shelf.

Starbucks at 894 Tower St impresses with its cozy ambiance and friendly staff. Perfect for family outings, their coffee and treats are consistently delightful. A charming spot for all ages!

Who doesn’t love a Starbucks with a drive thru.. yes, it’s common yet the service here always shines-really makes my day! Venti Green Tea Late for the win 🙌

The staff are always super patient and kind. Today was a rough day but I saw when I opened my drink that there was extra whipped cream and I really really appreciated it, it made my day. Thank you, keep it up guys.

I visited the drive-thru today at approximately 9: 30am. I had the friendliest stuff, my coffee was made perfect and in a timely manner.

Avery and Emma provided customer service in which I felt I needed to write about. I was spoken to as if I was a regular customer, while waiting for the coffee the baristas (separate) visits both engaged in conversations asking how my day was. They were extremely polite and friendly, the world is a dark place right now but these two ladies plus the rest of the staff certainly made my day. In hopes they’re recognized for their great service, thanks for making my day on two different visits!

Amazing!!! I’ve been twice through the drive thru and have laughed with the customer service so much they made my stomach hurt. Sara served me today, and she is above and beyond, I want her as a friend in my life. Orders are fast and accurate (also so good) on top of that. I actually look forward to going back just to have the experience again.

We went in a few weeks ago when patios opened and it made my heart happy that the employees seemed truly happy to be working and seeing customers. One employee in particular was extremely friendly and engaged us in conversation. It was a really nice change from the typical service you get elsewhere. It was lovely to say the least!

Disappointed they did not have the option to order through the app at the time when I went. Regardless speaking to the staff my experience was great and my order came out was perfect. First time I tried the new caramel brulee and spinach wrap. Definitely recommend.

On our way home we stopped at this location for a cold brew and an iced brown sugar oat beverage. There was no line, the employee was friendly and helpful and our order was ready quickly. They were out of the brown sugar for the oat beverage but we replaced it with cinnamon dolce sweetener and it was delicious! Lots of options if something isn't available which is why I love Starbucks

Amazing experience everytime we go! We moved to Fergus due to current events & my boyfriend & I went for our morning coffee everyday. We always felt welcomed by the staff! Stanley is by far our favorite employee always going above & beyond. He definitely deserves a raise.

The staff at this location are always exceptional, and patient with my indecisiveness... have even got some excellent reccomendations when I couldn't decide based on my usual, loved them ALL! Thank you all for your kindness each day!

I went to the Starbucks in Fergus and let me say it was the best. For someone like me that has social anxiety it makes hard for me to go places alone. But when I walked in this Starbucks I was welcomed, and the staff was so nice, even my drink came in quick too highly recommend for anyone in the area.

Always a delight coming through the drive-thru. The staff is personable and if the drinks are going to take awhile to make, they ensure a staff member is at the window talking to you. The layout of the drive-thru is awful and the corner is too tight. Makes it hard to get close to the window. The lady working joked that some people have hit the wall. My experience tonight around 4:30 was fantastic.

Visited the drive-thru on Christmas Day. Lea’s holiday cheer despite being there since 7:00am was exceptional. Thank you for making our experience so joyful!

A man that worked there I think his name is Stanley? Is LITERALLY THE BEST!!!! My daughter and I went up to the window and was greeted VERY enthusiastically by him. He held conversation and and he certainly wasn't a bore. Best employee and he deserves the world. Absolutely amazing.

My children and I have made starbucks our weekend destination. We are so used to being at arenas for hockey and ringette we were at a loss as to fill our time. The solution...a great drink! What keeps bringing us back is the STAFF!!! The staff especially Stanley have been warm welcoming and a bright spot in our day. Many thanks😀
