The price that you pay in this store will be higher than the ups website. Better just create your shipment online and drop off here.

I would avoid this location for pick ups. I have used this location approximately 4 times over the last 2 years and had to file a claim on 2 of the items delivered here. The first one was mysteriously found (after supposedly looking everywhere in their small location) almost 3 weeks later with the manufacturers sealing tape cut and the box re-sealed, and the claim on the second package is that it showed up to their store opened with the contents already gone. My brother rarely uses UPS but when I brought up these situations he said the exact same thing happened to him! He went to pick up a package, they said they didn’t have it, he filed a claim, then they found it but it had been opened and re-sealed. I do not have any physical proof of theft, but these are highly suspicious circumstances, especially with how little we’ve used this location. At best this location has poor handling and care of the parcels they are shipping and poor customer service, and at worst there is a thief who has worked there for some years. If I were you, I’d just save yourself the worry and go to another Richmond location.

I’ve picked up packages here many time and it is constantly terrible customer service. No one greets you or bothers to ask what you need help with even though they can clearly see when people walk into the store. I’ve had to ask for someone to help me most times and when they do it’s abrupt and unprofessional

Store says its open at 9am.

No one showed up until 915am. false advertising. From reading other reviews this has happened many times before. If you dont want to open until 915am then change your hours. Ppl have lives that evolve around your hours.

Employee didnt know the password to get into there system either. Having to delay even more. Took 30min with no lineup to pickup a package.

Very bad location.

Really bad service. When I came in to the store the staff just ask me to put my package on the side. I asked for a receipt and she didn’t give me one. Staff is not competent enough.

Rude and abrupt service from some named Linh/Lin/Lynn. All UPS drop off was delayed and told me to direct all inquires to UPS. Not helpful at all. No explanation for anything. This person was called over from the attached Insurance Agency and was not interested in helping in the first place. Her attitude didn't help reduce the frustration.
Consistently this location is the worst service and lack of customer focus. I wouldn't want to use UPS to ship my packages.

Honesty incompetent. The clerk was more interested in her McDonald's than sending my package correctly. I agree with others that UPS licence be pulled.

This UPS Ironwood branch has the worst service and bad organizational skill. I just realized that many people have complained about this location on Google review, but not sure why UPS HQ has done nothing to correct it.
On several occasions, I had to go there several times to pickup one package from my PO Box because they couldn't locate the package at first. The first time it happened, they told me the package was delivered UPS, so they are kept separately. The 2nd time, I brought the UPS tracking number showing status as delivered, but they couldn't find it. I had to call UPS to find out where it is and UPS confirmed package has been delivered. So, I went back again and they finally found it. They claimed that the package was just dropped off within the hour (between my first and second visit that day), though status showed delivered several days ago. Today, I went there again and I ask the Indian lady to check the back in case she missed something again. She got mad and started yelling at me in front of other customers and refused to give me her name.
It's obvious the owner at this location has no intention to fix their problems. I've worked with many UPS stores before, but never one as unorganized as this. I think they are too busy with their insurance business and should have hire someone dedicated to UPS business.
