Metro Bellemare Verdun

Solid little metro with a good variety of options. It feels nice that they hired reps again and prioritized their cashes rather than self-serve. Very friendly and welcoming!

Medium size grocery with lots of selection and nice staff.

I love their meat it's very fresh and tender.
When your meat is tough its because the animal was stressed when it died.
Many people are sick an torture the Animals.
I know my friend worked in one at Metro that's not the case.Lots of specials on different

Since the renovations, the overall fit and finish has dramatically improved. This is a grocery store that really upscales the neighborhood. The staff and friendly and if your parked close enough they'll assist in getting the groceries to your car. (Tip would be good). The selection of produce, meats and beer has dramatically improved as well. Overall the investments will surely pay off as Verdun continues its upward climb as a go too neighborhood for young families.

Great supermarket with helpful staff

Nice and pristine place. I used to buy on IGA before, because metro is a bit far from my place but, after the first experience in this particular metro, I have become in a huge fan. It's like a ritual to go and buy my groceries all Saturdays. My only odd point is the self serve machines, it's always tricky and confusing to bypass the baggaging mechanism. I always use my own bags, and they have to pass the card for allowing me use my own bags every four or five items.

Excellent job Francis in the meat department went out of his way to give me an amazing experience. Each department had friendly and helpful staff.! Am am so impressed with these people!!! Un excellant experience!! MERCI!!!

Some 8 years ago I would have given this store 1*. I actually used to avoid it. It used to be dirty, cashiers they had used to constantly steal (by overcharging, charging for extra units, ie you buy 4 coca colas, they charge you for 6, etc) ... however, at some point they apparently changed staff and approach. Really its like night and day. Right now out of 3 nearby grocery stores (this one, IGA and Maxi Verdun), this would be your best bet most of the time to get decent groceries. Especially for fresh meat and deli.

Also, they deliver, very reasonably priced too.

Great clean store and great location. For a scale of having a large assortment, i'd give them 6/10 but thats only because of the size of the store.

Nice shop

Small and fairly average Metro grocery store. Incredible selection of beers. Small selection of vegetarian and and vegan options. Friendly staff and mostly a very clean store.

Great place

The place was nice and clean and the staff were friendly. They have quite a good selection, more variety than the IGA down Wellington street imo.

Amazing changes since last year, a lot more products better organized, a much bigger produce section with a lot more products to buy, and a new fresh cake section.

It's a nice grocery store, they have a good selection of coffee. Their veggies are always fresh.

One of the employees saw that I was looking for something and asked if they could help, not only did he go out of his way to search for the item he found it in the back :) always a good experience here.
