Shoe Villa

We had the pleasure of visiting this store for the first time today. My wife has problems finding shoes that fit and after trying on a number of pairs she was just ready to leave when the salesperson brought her another pair that fit perfectly and she just loves them. It has been a long time since we have received the outstanding service we did today and therefore we will be back again. We wish we had taken the name of the lady that serviced us as she truly did provide excellent customer service.

I'd like to take the time out to acknowledge the professionalism care that is put into this shoe store. Each time you go in, you are greeted and you are well looked after and your needs are met. The service is exceptional. The knowledge is above what you would expect. Décor alone is spectacular but other than that, you have 2wonderful human beings taking care of your needs. Manners are above what you would expect. Highly recommend going to shoevilla and experience a once in a lifetime service , you'll keep going back for more. Sometimes we hear the negative on these sites and half of the time. I believe they're just from people that are not happy. Jane and Kayla keep up the fantastic work.

When I was shopping I overheard a customer tell the owner how Shoevilla is the best shoe store he has been in. He is from Toronto and said they have the best selection! Far better than any of the stores in Toronto!

I bought a pair of shoes here last Monday morning and what a fantastic experience. It was my first visit to the store and it sure won't be my last. Selection was quite expansive and I loved how the available sizes were cleverly written on the bottom of the display shoe. Genius! The salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Even though the store was busy and she was the only one working, she checked in on everyone and I certainly never felt left on my own. All I can say is thank you for the best customer service I've received in ages.

I got my safety shoes here. I even found my favourite choice on sale. I saved a lot. I also forgot a sock and she gave me some to wear. Thanks! They have a good selection of shoes and you can even see them on their website.

I have recently developed some foot problems and have been really struggling to find shoes that work. After trying multiple shoe stores in the area and online, my physio suggested trying Vionic shoes from Shoe Villa, which surprisingly, turns out to be the biggest Vionic shoe retailer in Canada. I'm so thankful to finally find shoes that don't hurt! I'll definitely be back!

Amazing staff!! Only place I will take my autistic son. Staff are so patient, caring, and understanding. Great selection. And pricing for kids shoes is actually similar to the St. Jacobs outlet so no need to travel!

The selection of shoes and boots is outstanding. The ladies are helpful, and so knowledgeable about the many brands they carry. They remember your likes and fits and recommend accordingly.
