My absolute favourite stop for unique and one of a kind pieces. I shop here for holidays, birthdays, and for myself on any day. Most of my favourite household items are from One and Only. Bonus: the refill station for your green cleaning products is fabulous and so easy to use. Truly one of the best curated offerings of local handicrafts, art and practical items. I recommend this place to friends anytime they are coming to Fergus and it never disappoints!

The ladies behind One and Only are fabulous! They've created a fantastic shop jammed packed with handmade items from local artisans. You can find a gift for absolutely ANYONE on your list here! I am not local, so I haven't used the refill section at the back of the store but I'm totally in support of these places - we need to do more eco friendly buying for regular cleaning and personal care items.

Just left this store and had the best customer service experience. Tammy was very personable and patient as we were shopping for a gift for a friend. They have a ton of unique artisan items at fair prices. Great selection of bath and body items that my wife usually has to order online. We will be back here soon. Nothing but a positive experience here.

This shop is everything I hope for when I walk into a store called “one and only”. They have amazing products from home decor, to men’s products, to the most amazing accessories, and eco friendly products! You walk in and instantly feel happy and welcomed! The mom of the bunch is the most amazingly kind and friendly person, and you can’t help but walk away with a smile on your face! I’ve been in twice and know that I will be in a hundred more times and not walk away disappointed! Highly, HIGHLY recommend!

Bought a unique wood steampunk style lamp there on Aug 18th . Excellent selection. Unique items make one of a kind gifts for the hard to buy people in my life. Even had cards. Will be doing my Christmas shopping there for sure. The owner is delightful and friendly.

This is the cutest store, perfect to find some unique gifts made from artisans in Canada. Their window display is always on point and the staff is simply the best. I will keep on stopping by on a regular basis!
