We booked a pitch for three nights beginning February and liked it so much we booked for longer. A beautiful well tended campsite. Unfortunately my husband had a biking accident and broke his wrist. Not only did staff help with hospital appointment translations but allowed us to stay well over our booked time. They were absolutely fantastic and a big thank you. It has taken a while to put a review on only because we had to slowly get back to the UK in the motorhome. ( the rooms stars are only because we didn't use any). The bus route into Valencia was excellent and frequent and the area beautiful to explore. ( There might be mosquitoes in summer because of all the wt paddy fields!)

Had a brilliant weekend here! With nothing to do for families anywhere else in the region at this time of the year, this place had the lot! Mini Club and Mini Disco in January…!!! Horse riding, Boat Trips, a Farm, Spa, Mini Golf…
Food in the restaurante was superb too! We loved it. Can’t wait to go back in the summer.

We came up for Halloween weekend with our children having already been to the sister resort, La Marina. Great to see the standards are equally as high.
The highlight of trip was visiting the Tunnel of Terror! It was the best. Very cleverly planned, the best we have ever seen.
Thank you to the team at Devesa Gardens for a perfect stay.

Stayed in campervan for 4 nights (was originally to be 3 nights). One of the top campsites we have been to around europe. Toilets spotless, huge pitches, lots of free activities including archery, shooting, gym, water slides, cinema screen etc. Has basketball court, football pitch, horses to ride, minigolf.. The works..

Gym had lots of equipment, AC and was clean.

Easy access into Valencia city via bus for €3 return to doorstep of campsite.

Only negative we had was the price of X2 small beers at €5.50

This place is a paradise for kids.. not bad for adults either. It has everything on-site you could want and more. Swimming pools with water slides, tennis courts, gym, restaurant, pool area shop, small zoo, horse riding, big screen for various entertainment, I could go on. Great pitches with water and electric hook up. Generous size with hedges for privacy. At the back of the pitch they have a washing line, well 3 lines always in situ. Great idea just bring your own pegs! There are also bungalows you can hire and large tent huts. They do a boat tour in the evening for an hour where you can pictures of the amazing sunsets. It really is a lovely place. A bus stop opposite the site will take you to Valencia central for 1.50 euro, just wear a mask for the trip or you won’t get on. No. 24. Coming back is a no 25 and it drops you just outside the site. The staff are friendly and there is a small supermarket on site.

We stayed here for almost 3 weeks. A well-maintained campsite. There is some maintenance work every day, which doesn't bother you. The sanitary facilities are thoroughly cleaned several times a day. Wastebaskets at the camper pitches, ideal. Water point, drainage and electricity on every large pitch. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are many facilities on the campsite. Restaurant, indoor play park for children, outdoor swimming pool (which is not open now - understandable). It has a quiet location. Every day (this period at least) many flamingos fly over to a nearby resting place which can be visited for free. A bus stops in front of the campsite (line 25. Tip: buy a 10-strip bus pass at Tabacco in the city centre for €6.50). The cycle path is also right by the campsite.

We will definitely come back! Thanks for a great stay! :-)

The cleanliness is superb from the trash collection to the mirrors in the toilet. I recommend the freshly baked bread in the morning too.

Nice site with decent sized pitches. Clean washrooms and very warm inside. Lots of hot water, with no restrictions. WiFi OK. Has a mini zoo attached to it with free access. They also offer horse rides for children etc.

Nice walking, cycling just outside. There is a good paved walk down to a large, deserted beach. We managed to run 7 mile around some of these tracks without much repetition.

All in all a great site. We would return.

Stayed here with our caravan. Excellent site with good clean facilities. Very helpful staff. Pitches are level and have electric and water. Fresh bread daily and a good bar and restaurant.

This is a very reasonably priced campsite and this review reflects that fact.

On our pitch we have our 8.75m motorhome with bikes on the back, trailer and Fiat 500 with plenty of space left over - probably over 25m2.

The campsite is peaceful and has all the amenities you need - new toilets/shower blocks, good washing machines, toilet emptying, dishwashing and fresh water etc. 16 amp electricity is included in the price of the pitch and has been reliable. WIFI is good. There is plenty of space for hanging your washing on your pitch and there also seems to be a separate area with washing lines which I will use when I want to do all the bedding.

It is a 20 minute drive into Valencia town centre although we sometimes get the bus that runs every half hour and stops at the entrance of the campsite for 1.50 euros each way. The beach is probably easier to get to by walking/cycling and it is on the edge of a large lake where you can get boat rides.

The reception staff are very friendly, helpful and speak good English. Whilst we were checking in my two young daughters wanted to run around after a few hours in our motorhome and one of the men gave them a ball and directed them to the volley court within eyesight of the reception so they were safely entertained and off the car park whilst they waited.

There is a good shop and if they have run out of bread when you arrive they will bake some for you and you go back in 10 minutes. There is entertainment on sometimes at the restaurant.

The kids entertainment is brilliant. We are here off season so the kids club has been off but they have a very large, new, play area which you can see on their website together with a soft play centre which is outside but under cover. There are trampolines, go carts, a large bouncy castle and reasonably priced pony rides at the weekend. There is a farm with various animals and a horse riding centre and you can walk around and see the horses. The kids have been more than happy to stay at the campsite all day and generally moan when we say we are having a day out.

All in all I don't think there is anything to fault this site. If it was more expensive there are some things that could be improved but it is a bargain for the price and a very pleasant place.

We had a very pleasant 3 night stay here, lovely site, toilets and showers very clean, site was full but not noisy. Bus stop right outside the site to go to Valencia, beautiful city and about a 10 minute walk to the beach, would definitely use again

Best place ever for the family and children. Really cost effective. Our 3 yr old little girl loved the pool, slide and play park. Pony rides till late every evening for a small price. Can't wait to return.

Verry friendly staff, clean sanitair, nice gym, camperplaces Nice and big. One thing is that they only had one washingmachine so it was quite the task to do some laundry. Its a more expensive camping but it is worth the money!
