Nou Racó

It is a very good restaurant with beautiful territory. They have tables served in the open air near the lake with an amazing view. Their speciality is paella and there is a great choice of different paellas as well as starters. Everything is very tasty and the service is good and rapid.

Paella, a traditional Spanish dish, is said to have originated from Valencia. When it comes to enjoying delicious paella, there is nowhere better than Nou Raco, which is located in the middle of rice fields and next to a charming lake with spectacular views. This establishment is only a 20-minute drive from the city, but it transports you to a different world, away from the hustle and bustle. In addition to the fantastic setting, the food and the staff at Nou Raco deserve a full 5-star rating! This is a kid-friendly place with an outdoor playground, a beautifully trimmed garden, and terrace. It is perfect for big groups of family and friends, wedding parties, and so on. The paella at Nou Raco is second to none, with a nice and crisp bottom and perfectly seasoned flavors! After enjoying your meal, you can even hop on a boat trip on the lake. This restaurant is highly recommended, especially if it is your first visit.

We only stopped for a drink, but what a fabulous place set in immaculate gardens directly on the Albufera de Valencia lake. I could imagine using this for a special event (wedding?) or just a family occasion.

It is my second time going to Nou Racó, and the experience has been spectacular. The food is beautifully done and the quality is top notch. The place is about 30 mins from central Valencia and it is not hard to get to. Once there, you feel you're totally somewhere else. What a beautiful venue. The staff is very professional. What a great experience, and I'll go back there in a heart beat.

A well deserved solid 5 star. This place is amazing. The service was excellent but I must say we didn’t use English at all. The atmosphere and view is one of the best we found this week. When it comes to the food. It was all stunning. But I will say it is pricy but it’s well worth the price.

Situated in an incredible situation this is a classic Albufera restsurant. Going away of the classic Valencian pro-tourist restaurants Nou Raco serves authentic Valencian food with products directly from their surrounded area.

Amazing! The food and service were both wonderful.
We had the bravas, veg paella and senyoret. The best paella we've ever had in Valencia and we've been to many places.

Only lunch available outside the summer season, no dinner.

Really nice, high class restaurant. I would appreciate being notified that the bread is extra with each tray and not just been given more bread without being asked if I want any. I would have expected more of the staff members to speak English considering their menu is in Spanish and English.

Beautiful location, excellent service and amazing paella!! Perfect for family gathers, we had our very first meal to start our very first Spanish road-trip, perfect way to start the journey!

Food was expensive, but definitely worth it. It was my best friend's birthday and I was so glad I made a reservation at this restaurant to celebrate his birthday. The most memorable experience was with the boat ride which we had a wonderful conversation with Vicent. He was so friendly and accommodating. He mentioned several stories about the place and was even helpful in taking photos for us. Definitely commendable! We rented the boat for a private ride around the lake. I would recommend renting a boat ride during sunset as it's absolutely more romantic. During dinner, there was a live band with music where you can request songs from a list they provided. Several options for English songs! Highly recommendable.
