Restaurante L'Establiment

We were recommended L’Establiment by someone we met on the train to Valencia and it did not disappoint. It’s a bit far out from the city and getting there and back by taxi can be a bit complicated but the food and experience was worth it. Ordered the tempura piparras, fried boquerones, and paella al “senyoret”. Everything was delicious!

Great view, they also have lagoon service.
Our friend recommended as best paella, however our paella was a bit burnt and too salty, still a good paella though. Snail and rabbit was the traditional paella.

Valencian Paella 🥘 must be eaten here at least once in your life! Make sure to book in advance so food is ready by the time you arrive!

Paella made to order! We had with chicken, rabbit and snails! It was delicious, fresh and spiced perfectly! Plenty of tapas appetizers to choose from.

Pair it with a nice bottle of wine and you’ll be in heaven!

Oh and the desserts! Mouthwatering 🤤

All of that in the middle of National Reserve Park next to never ending rice fields and lake.

We’ve visited L’Establiment in July 2021. The experience was completely awesome! We ordered: Pisto, grilled squid and a duck paella. Everything was cooked perfectly and the product quality was superior.

From a price dimension, the relationship between quality and pricing is reasonable.

The only thing to improve could be the water temperature and the amount of ice of drinks (more would be better with these temperatures).

One of the best paellas we’ve tried in and around Valencia. Reservation is a must. The apple pie/crust for desert was delicious.

Best meal in El Palmar out of 4 restaurants there I visited. Beside palla definately try dessert - pie with ice cream!

The best paella on the planet. If you love paella or just want to experience one of the best dishes of your life, you should come here. No exaggeration. Paella reportedly originated in this sleepy little village, and they've been perfecting it ever since. Make the trip. It's worth it - but call in advance for a table...

Just perfect! The best paella we’ve had while in Valencia. On Sunday the restaurant was fully booked, so glad we reserved in advance (5 days). Well trained staff, we followed their recommendations for desert and we were very satisfied!

Amazing service from the moment we made the reservation until we left. Very typical, local food cooked the old fashioned way (paella cooked over wood fires, for example). The friendly waiter also booked us a boat to show us around, which came and picked us up at the restaurant and told us a lot about the history of the area. A great day out.

Best paella I've tasted..good cheap local wine and tapas. Very good complementary digestive liquor with a very awesome kick at the end if the meal...a definite must experience in Valencia..a great price!

Probably the best paella near Valencia. Very good service, good selection of wine. The place itself needs some decorations job, but in overalls very good.. we go there for the food , not for the painting job.

Simply delicious and recommended by locals. A little bit pricey, count around 35 euros per head but worth the taste. Had very good service too.

Extremely good rice dishes: we tried veggie paella and arroz del senyoret. Relatively slow service for a non-busy day.
